Training and Career DevelopmentTraining and Career Development (TCD) collaborates with all SSA Divisions and community partners to develop training that meets the business needs of the Agency. TCD provides job-specific and professional development training.TCD develops and delivers customized instructor-led and web-based training for SSA. We also collaborate with other educational institutions to provide additional mandatory and professional growth classes.7

With a combined wealth of experience, they provide strategic direction, oversee training programs, and foster a culture of continuous learning.They collaborate with other departments and divisions, plan training calendars, and allocate resources to drive organizational success and meet training goals for the Agency. The training department leads are responsible for overseeing specific teams at TCD; for example, they may support a team of trainers, or oversee the technology, instructional design, or clerical team.These leads facilitate collaboration, monitor performance, and continuously refine training programs to achieve SSA’s learning objectives. Their dedication drives team success and helps employees reach their full potential.11
