Eligible businesses with a lease in the designated Downtown Ontario area that purchase qualifying restaurant equipment may receive a forgivable loan of up 10 000 to purchase qualifying brewery equipment Eligible businesses owners with a lease in the designated Downtown Ontario area may receive up to 25 000 of grant money for exterior improvements to their building such as paint windows awnings and signage This reimbursement based program is a one to one match meaning that whatever is invested by the business or property owner will be matched by the City up to 25 000 Ontario understands the importance of fostering a thriving craft beer industry and has adopted zoning policies that support the establishment and growth of breweries From favorable zoning designations to streamlined permitting processes Ontario is dedicated to creating welcoming business environment
