CEO Statement As we round out the 2022 2023 academic year we look back with tremendous pride for what we accomplished The Fall semester began with a record 4 000 student members working on hundreds of consulting projects with Israeli startups Our campus programs were fueled by something even more exciting dozens of students fresh off their experience spending the summer in Tel Aviv on TAMID s Fellowship program entering leadership positions across our campuses Every year we aim to better serve our membership To accomplish this we are investing more in our alumni programming with the ambitious goal of engaging 1 000 alumni members TAMID starts on campus for our members but will be an active part of their professional development throughout their career While the school year ending is always a bittersweet experience TAMID turns the page and gears up for our summer Fellowship in Tel Aviv We cannot wait to welcome over 200 TAMID Fellows to Israel this summer as they work full time with some of the world s most innovative and successful companies while creating connections to Israel and a sense of community with their peers These amazing accomplishments and those we are still working on are a team effort They rely on the hard work of our staff the passion and drive of our members the leadership of our board and the incredibly important partnership of you our supporters Yoni Heilman Chief Executive Officer 04 05

Member Journey BEGIN COLLEGE FIRST SEMESTER IN TAMID WHILE ON CAMPUS choose 1 1 SUMMER optional GRADUATE POST COLLEGE BEYOND Education Fund Fellowship Alumni After a selective recruitment process each member starts with a semester long education program that introduces them to business fundamentals and Israeli business mentality This track gives members the foundational tools necessary to navigate the finance and investing world They conduct due diligence on TAMID s 60k portfolio TAMID members have the chance to apply for our exclusive 8 week summer internship program in the heart of the Startup Nation Tel Aviv In 2022 we brought 185 Fellows to Israel Just because our members graduate from college doesn t mean that they are finished at TAMID Joining the alumni community is only the next evolution of their TAMID involvement Consulting This track offers members the chance to work hands on with an Israeli company on a semester long consulting project in teams They can choose between Management Technical or Finance projects 08 09

Your Impact Your Impact Education Fund Over the last year we implemented an updated education curriculum that gave Directors of Education more freedom to tailor New members the curriculum to their new members specific needs and interests This includes topics ranging from a public speaking workshop to putting together a pitch deck to accounting basics to why we choose to work with Israel 810 New members have a chance to apply what they learn during the end of semester Case Competition They are given a fictional scenario and asked to consult on the case in small groups culminating in a TAMIDwide competition where each chapter gets to highlight their best and brightest new members This year new members were asked to advise the CEO of Soda Stream when the best plan for the business is in conflict with the company s core values The Cornell chapter really impressed the judges with their idea receiving a perfect score for their suggestion The Fund track provides members the opportunity to practice all the skills necessary to pitch present and succeed in the world of finance Using Israeli companies as the main focus members have to keep an eye onlynot on how the company is currently performing but also how changing events in Israel may impact the company adding an addition layer of complexity when considering investment opportunities GLBE PERI TSEM Global E Online Perion Network Ltd Tower Semiconductor Ltd 65 24 43 97 Shares purchased in Jan 2022 Shares purchased in Dec 2021 71 27 Shares purchased in Jan 2020 The Fund track has offered me the opportunity to expand my understanding of investing and the intricacies of international business By putting an emphasis on companies with operations in Israel I have gained a much deeper appreciation for the vast industries and economic development happening within Israel Eric Minsky Univ of Florida Education 10 Consulting Fund Fellowship Alumni Education Consulting Fund Fellowship Alumni 11

Your Impact Consulting 281 99 Consulting Projects Average Company Satisfaction Rating Members stay involved in TAMID The Consulting track has expanded to include Management Technical and Financial consulting projects Members select the project type based on their area of study or future career goals Offering specific project types gives members control over the skills they develop and companies they work with throughout the semester Past projects include Market Research for an ADHD Time Management App Industry Analysis of Existing Regulations and their Impact on Artificial Intelligence in Business Developing Content Marketing Strategies Competitive Analysis of Major Global Markets in Real Estate Map and Identify Leading Startups in Sustainability and EV Charging Infrastructure for a venture capital firm Working hard taking risks and shooting high TAMID Consulting has been my first insight into the culture of Israeli business and has shown me how these traits are common amongst Israelis Coming without prior knowledge or connection to Israel TAMID Consulting has inspired me to dive into the startup ecosystem in Israel I m excited to learn more about how Israeli culture plays a role in entrepreneurship while on the Fellowship this summer Arun Khemani Bentley Project Manager Education 12 Consulting Fund Fellowship Alumni 13

Your Impact Alumni 6 000 Alumni globally TAMID s Alumni program has experienced incredible growth over the last year We launched a job matching program facilitated 17 networking and career development events and successfully completed a rebranding from Pro to Alumni Throughout the year we engaged over 350 alumni through Networking events Professional and career mentorship to student members Speaking at chapters Guest judging chapter case competitions In July 2023 we will host our first post pandemic Alumni Mission a trip creating meaningful business connections between our alumni and the Startup Nation perfectly aligned with TAMID s focus I am honored to be part of driving TAMID s mission forward as it relates to our impressive diverse alumni community The possibilities are endless and our goal is for every one of our TAMID students to be excited about becoming TAMID alumni from the moment they graduate college Erica Singerman McGill University Alumni Board President Education 16 Consulting Fund Fellowship Alumni 17
