Through exposure toIsraeli innovation, real-world engagement,cultural immersion, andlong-term advancement,our members grow asprofessionals and globalcitizens. For most TAMID students,we are the only Israel-related organization theyengage with.When our members step into TAMID, they’re not justlearning business—they’re discovering Israel. Andwhen they graduate, they don’t just walk away withskills—they carry a piece of Israel with them.3

TAMID x RightHear CaseCompetitionThis year’s TAMID-wide CaseCompetition, presented inpartnership with RightHear—aventure-backed startup at theforefront of assistive technology—challenged students to tackle areal-world business problem.Teams from chapters nationwideanalyzed, strategized, anddelivered innovative solutions,strengthening their consulting,communication, andcollaboration skills. Investment BankingSimulation with StepstoneTAMID members had anopportunity to participate in avirtual investment bankingsimulation, stepping into the roleof junior analysts. Mason immersed himself in theculture and dynamics of Israelisociety, comparing the country'sresilience to that of the U.S. post-9/11. Throughout the trip, alumnigained behind-the-scenes accessto Israel’s evolving economy,cutting-edge technologies, andthe societal challenges shapedby ongoing conflict. Theexperience sparked meaningfulconversations, freshperspectives, and a renewedconnection—to Israel, to eachother, and to TAMID’s globalcommunity.Alumni Mission 2024The fifth TAMID Alumni Missionconvened 10 exceptional alumnifor a five-day immersiveexperience in Israel, exploringthe country’s resilience,innovation, and complexity.Participants visited 12 leadingcompanies across diversesectors and engaged withTAMID Fellows during a climatetech event. They spent aprofoundly moving day inSderot, witnessing the aftermathof the October 7th attacks.20
