Creating a strong lasting connection to Israel for emerging professionals WHO WE ARE We create strong lasting connections to Israel for college students and young professionals 4 000 WHAT WE DO We started as a way for college students to engage with Israel in an apolitical nonreligious way By focusing on the thriving startup scene in Israel TAMID members join when in college and get hands on business training while building connections to the Israeli companies and people they work with throughout undergrad We continue to help foster these relationships after graduation with alumni programs Whenever I see TAMID on a resume I know they are a top quality candidate Emily Sharko former CAO of Tactical Opportunities at Blackstone Undergraduate members 57 chapters on college campuses around the world 6 000 Alumni
CAMPUS PROGRAMS Through education interaction and immersion we start to introduce TAMID members to basic business principles and Israeli companies 83 of members say TAMID is the only Israel related program they are part of on campus EDUCATION INTERACTION IMMERSION Upon acceptance into a TAMID chapter members begin with a semester long education program which aims to provide an introduction to business fundamentals and Israeli business mentality Beginning in their second semester members choose between the Consulting track consulting for Israeli companies or the Fund track managing TAMID s portfolio of over 60 000 into Israeli companies Our 8 week long internship program in Israel where members work live and immerse themselves in Israeli life and culture over the summer 37 48 44 identify as nonJewish are not business majors identify as women

CONSULTING TAMID s flagship campus program the Consulting track is an opportunity for members to get hands on experience consulting for Israeli companies in a variety of industries TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT FINANCIAL These teams work together on projects focused on solving a technological issue the company is facing Past projects focused on mobile web apps devOps pipelines UX and API development Comprising most of the projects these teams apply research and creative problem solving to deliver strategic solutions in industry analysis consumer research marketing and more Our newest project type teams provide deliverables in areas of accounting valuation modeling business development and due diligence for venture capital firms COMPANIES INCLUDE
FUND The Fund track provides members with the foundational tools necessary to navigate the investing and finance world PORTFOLIO TAMID members act as our portfolio managers by helping to manage 60 000 worth of real investments into Israeli companies traded on the NASDAQ In teams the compile and submit stock pitches recommending we buy or sell stocks based on current market trends TRADING Throughout the year members also have the opportunity to participate in a paper trading competition on their own They build and maintain their own fake portfolio and compete with members from other chapters to see who can get the best return on investment I appreciate TAMID because it has given me the opportunity to work with real startups and invest real money It has also allowed me to meet so many like minded and similarly motivated people in my community Ethan S University of Maryland
FELLOWSHIP TAMID members have a chance to apply for the summer Fellowship our 8 week long internship program in Israel We match students with Israeli companies coordinate professional development sessions in the evenings and plan trips around Israel for students to fully immerse themselves in Israeli culture 87 2022 Fellows said they felt a strong connection to Israel after the Fellowship INTERNSHIP We are providing top talent to cutting edge companies 5days a week Our Fellows aren t on coffee runs they re doing market research user testing and pitching to investors EXPERIENCE While in Israel Fellows get to explore Israel both on their own and through planned trips Our goal is for Fellows to fully immerse themselves in Israeli culture NETWORK Fellows have the opportunity to network in small groups with industry leaders and entrepreneurs They also get to expand their peer network meeting members from chapters all over the world COMPANIES INCLUDE
After interning in Israel I can say that I am now more than ever connected to Israel From getting hands on experience in marketing to being immersed in Israeli culture on trips I have been able to refine my understanding of what it means to be in this part of the world and see firsthand Israel s continued global impact Jayden F NYU
ALUMNI PROGRAMS Alumni continue to connect with each other after graduation through networking events professional mentorship opportunities with TAMID members and engaging with Israel and Israeli companies 6 000 15 Alumni Events in 2022 NETWORKING Alumni can attend events in major cities to connect They can look forward to hearing from Israeli entrepreneurs from various industries while meeting alumni in their city MENTORSHIP After graduating alumni help members on the consulting projects with Israeli companies speak at chapter events and provide professional mentorship to individual members ALUMNI MISSION We are thrilled to be bringing back our unique alumni mission for summer 2023 TAMID brings a group of alumni to Israel to network with Israelis and companies in Tel Aviv
