From the initial hotel negotiation and contracting, sourcing and managingfive external dinners and an outdoor team challenge, TAG worked as anextension of the client’s team to deliver the logistics of a complex agendaof plenary sessions, breakouts, three separate company meetings withdiverse requirements and award winners programme. TAG worked closelywith the client on the planning and delivery of the programme to ensurelayout changes, adjustments to times, awards dinner requirements, eventapp updates and access requirements were completed efficiently and inunison. Our wildcard venue options of Millbrook (UTAC) and Center Parcs WoburnForest proved to meet all requirements for the venue option and TAG’srole was deliver the experience we promised, bearing in mind we were thefirst agency to manage an event with both venues. TAG worked with our production partners at both locations to deliver ourproduction requirements including a 10m wide suspended LED screen,laser show, breakouts, branded partner hubs and venue branding, as wellas awards dinner and team building activities at Center Parcs. The client has rebooked the same venues for their 2024 sales conferenceas the event design and delivery and venue selection met all theirrequirements.
