Sleeper sofa in upstairs living room that shares hallway bath. Fully stocked kitchen! Cookware, crockpots, air fryer, Keurig,Ninja Coffee makers, gas cooktop, outdoor grill.Private Pool with splinter-free deck. Pool lit nightly 7:00-10:00pm (can be changed by request). If there'sa concern with this, please contact us.Place roller carts at the end of driveway by 6:30 AM onMonday & Thursday.Please apply near picnic table in carport area.BEACH CHAIRS &TENTThere is a permanent tent on the beach and plenty ofchairs & toys in the shed. Please place chairs undershade tent and toys in storage shed each night.SANDPlease utilize water spigots and paint brushes (foundhanging by the doors) to minimize sand in house.Things to KnowThere is sufficient parking for 6 vehicles. Please parkunder the house on concrete or in the driveway.Filtered water is available inside each refrigerator door. There is a a freestandingicemaker as well as one in each freezer.One day prior to check-in each guest will receive apersonal key code for entry from Peppy.

House RulesWe hope you enjoy all of the wonderful amenities thathave been provided to you for your vacation and willrespect our property as if it were your own.
