Labor Standards: Meeting international labor standards and guaranteeing that the rights of the workers throughout our entire value chain are respected. Environment: Implementing strategies for carbon footprint reduction, energy efficiency and responsible use of natural resources. Fight Against Corruption: Adopting policies targeting transparency and business ethics and promoting a culture of integrity in all our operations. As CEO and on behalf of all the members of Corzen Group, we thank the opportunity to form part of this global network and commit to actively contribute to sustainable development and to the strengthening of our shared values.Kind regards,CEO LETTERDear Friends,It is an honor for Corzen group to reaffirm our commitment to the fundamental principles of the United Nations Global Compact. As a company which aims to operate under the highest ethical and sustainable standards, we understand the importance of aligning our strategies and operations with these universal principles in order to positively impact society and our environment. The year 2024 presented several challenges and opportunities for the global economy. The slow post-pandemic recovery was characterized by volatile markets, adjustments to interest rates by the main central banks, and the reconfiguration of the supply chains due to geopolitical tensions. Our focus for 2024 was the strengthening of our business lines. Our Business Unit ALKENTO saw its first sales of Fair For Life certified Candelilla wax within our EVOLVE portfolio. Organic grade Candelilla wax sales also increased considerably, doubling predicted numbers during its launch period. Additionally, we increased our value proposition by adding new cosmetic solutions to our portfolio such as sunflower wax, Candelilla wax containing additives, and natural esters.Regarding our Strategic Business Unit AZTEC PLUMBING, we invested in the design of new production lines to support the expansion of our product portfolio. We started 2025 with the requirements needed by our main clients, capitalizing on new development opportunities in the United States and Canada. Our SBU VOLKOM developed a new solution for the application of borders on wooden panels, drastically reducing application times and improving the effect desired by our clients. We also consolidated our offering of additives for cement and concrete manufacturing, making its production more efficient and improving its performance. Our 2030 vision – which uses the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact as a frame of reference – continues to be what drives us to search for a way to sustainably reach the growth necessary to achieve our business goals. We firmly believe that the adherence to these principles helps us to form a business management model which generates long term value sustainably.More specifically, Corzen Group continues to take actions regarding: Human Rights: Ensuring safe and fair working conditions for all our employees and promoting inclusion in our working environment. Within this policy, we acknowledge the critical significance of safeguarding biodiversity and pledge to responsibly utilize natural resources. We responsibly harness natural resources in strict adherence to national legal frameworks and relevant regulations, aiming to spearhead holistic sustainable projects that generate positive social and economic impacts for communities.Candelilla is listed in Appendix II of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES), a designation that governs its international trade. This classification is crucial in preventing harvesting rates that could jeopardize the survival of the Candelilla species. To harvest the Candelilla plant, residents of the communities situated in the plant's region must secure a Harvesting Permit authorized by the Mexican Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources (SEMARNAT).Multiceras' team of forestry engineers assists communities in obtaining these Harvesting Permits. Furthermore, we offer training to rural producers (Candelilleros) on the specifications outlined in the official Mexican standard (NOM-018-RECNAT-1999 *), which delineates the proper procedures for the sustainable utilization of the Candelilla plant. To lawfully export Candelilla wax, a CITES permit must be obtained from SEMARNAT (Mexican Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources). Circular EconomyThe circular economy is an essential part of various projects. Therefore, we continually explore new sources of materials that we can integrate and give added value, to give them opportunities in the different markets where we are present. Deodorized Candelilla WaxWe provide solutions and opportunities for new ingredients in the food industry. Deodorized Candelilla Wax is an ultra-refined wax with reduced aroma and flavor and excellent structuring properties for vegetable oils. It also does not interfere with the organoleptic properties of the final product, making it ideal for food applications where alternatives to saturated and trans fats are sought.Micronized WaxesWe offer micronized waxes that expand their applications, providing new textures, appearance, and protection. They are ideal for the manufacture of personal care products such as compact powders, eyeshadows, blushes, and more. These waxes can also be used in the application of inks or as lubricating agents.Innovation25Biodegradable ExfoliantsWe develop microspheres made with natural waxes such as Candelilla wax, which can be used as a substitute for polyethylene-based exfoliants.Innovation with ImpactOur projects aim to create a better world, through the preservation and improvement of the environment. For this reason, we incorporate strategic lines that allow us to develop innovative solutions to generate functional ingredients through natural and sustainable processes. Collaboration with Institutions and Research CentersWe promote scientific and technological research with educational institutions in the region with the goal of exploring new specialty ingredients that add value to our customers.Index Corporate ProfileSocial PerformanceEnvironmentMulticerasAztec PlumbingVolkomAlkentoAppendix

Sustainability Strategy – MulticerasGRI: 2-22, 3-1, 3-2At Multiceras, we are aware of the impact that our operations have on value chains, which is why we focus our sustainability strategy on three lines:28We updated our Materiality Analysis in 2021 to complement our sustainability strategy. This is a process used to identify a company's economic, environmental, and social impacts and its value chains. Subsequently, we had to consult our stakeholders to determine the priority of the issues identified. To achieve this, we invited customers, suppliers, employees, shareholders, and the management team to answer the questionnaire. We continually integrate these principles into company policies and initiatives and analyze and monitor our progress. We promote a corporate culture in adherence with ethics, respect for Human Rights, and social responsibility. In addition, we encourage the development of our employees, as well as their health and safety. We promote the sustainable use of Mexico's endemic natural resources and the socio-economic development of communities. Within our facilities, we establish projects to responsibly reduce our use of natural resources.Through our innovation team, we seek the integration of technology and the use of new species to meet the needs of our customers and reduce their environmental impact through our products.CultureSustainable PracticesInnovationIndex Corporate ProfileSocial PerformanceEnvironmentMulticerasAztec PlumbingVolkomAlkentoAppendix

Supply Chain GRI: 2-6The second one is our Agribusiness supply chain, which collaborates with local producers to obtain raw materials from the field, through methods that are friendly to the environment, while creating shared value in the communities of the region. One of the most emblematic products of Multiceras is Candelilla wax, which is extracted by independent producers from the Candelilla plant.Domestic and International SuppliersTransport to MulticerasHigh quality manufacturing products following customers’ specificationSales to Domestic and International customersThe Candelilla wax is obtained through a comprehensive Supplier Development program that provides opportunities for community development through the sustainable use of forest resources. This allows us to offer products that are distinguished from our competition by being processed in Mexico and supported by a unique social responsibility program.30At Multiceras, we have two well-defined supply chains. The first one provides us with most of our products, such as emulsions, petroleum-derived products, synthetic waxes, and specific formulations of wax blends. Allies in Social ResponsibilityIn previous years, our esteemed client Yokozeki has significantly contributed to enhancing the quality of life for the residents of the Candelilla communities. Their generous donations have manifested in various forms, including volunteer efforts and the installation of sturdy roofs in Candelilla wax extraction units. In 2024, Yokoseki's donation was used to improve the conditions of the health center and the community center in the Ejido Presa Rodríguez, Coahuila.32As part of our L’Oreál Solidarity Sourcing initiative, we signed the Candelilla Sustainable Sourcing Agreement, which aims to: The number of beneficiaries in the year 2024 was 116 Candelilleros. As an action plan, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) was provided to all Candelilleros in the program communities.Provide Candelilleros and their families with access to social security benefits.Improve work safety conditions for Candelilleros through financing the substitution of sulfuric acid with the much safer citric acid in the extraction of Candelilla wax. GRI: 2-23, 413-1Index Corporate ProfileSocial PerformanceEnvironmentMulticerasAztec PlumbingVolkomAlkentoAppendixThe Candelilla Institute was founded by Multiceras in 2004, and in 2024 it became a non-profit civil association committed to promoting knowledge and conserving this species of the Chihuahuan Desert. Its objective is to foster sustainable use that becomes a source of income for the inhabitants of the communities living in this region. Additionally, it is an authorized grantee and has launched a Roofs for Pailas project, inviting other partners to join.

For decades, Candelilla wax has been extracted by the inhabitants of the communities of this region through a process of heating water and adding an extracting agent. All equipment and supplies required for this work are supplied free of charge to Candelilleros, who maintain a buy-sell relationship with Multiceras. The law requires that to harvest the Candelilla plant, it is necessary to submit a technical justification study to the Mexican Environment and Natural Resources Ministry (SEMARNAT), which then issues a harvesting permit. Candelilla wax is extracted from the Candelilla plant, which is native to the Chihuahuan Desert. The plant generates a wax coating to avoid dehydration due to the desert's harsh temperatures. In Mexico, Candelilla is found in the semi-arid areas in the states of Chihuahua, Zacatecas, Durango, Nuevo León, and Coahuila. Coahuila is where the largest number of Candelilleros are dedicated to harvesting Candelilla and the extraction of the plant’s wax. At Multiceras, we are deeply committed to fostering shared value within the communities where we operate and hold influence. Beyond our core operations, we actively engage in initiatives aimed at enhancing empathy, communication, and solidarity with community members.GRI: 413-1Community Engagement GRI: 2-23, 413-133Due to the weather conditions of the summer of 2024, volunteer activities were not possible. While volunteers were unable to attend in person, we supported the project by delivering materials for the cleaning and rehabilitation of the health center and community center in the Ejido Presa Rodríguez, in Coahuila. This benefited 130 people living in this community. The plant naturally generates a wax coating that allows it to avoid dehydration from the harsh conditions of the desert.Candelillero Communities Index Corporate ProfileSocial PerformanceEnvironmentMulticerasAztec PlumbingVolkomAlkentoAppendix

To reduce the risks associated with the Candelilla extraction process and to promote greater economic activity in the region, Multiceras has undertaken various initiatives in the communities:34Financing of Administrative ExpendituresTo support Candelillero communities, we opened a forestry office in 2017. The office has a team of forestry engineers who perform all necessary studies and monitor paperwork. In 2024 expenditures amounted to MXN$ 2,774,061 (USD$ 138,703). Guaranteed PurchaseWe guarantee a purchase of certain amounts of Candelilla wax regardless of international demand, providing Candelilleros with a guaranteed income.InfrastructureWe provide Candelilleros with the equipment and tools they need to extract the Candelilla wax. In 2024 we invested MXN$ 1,001,292 (USD$ 50,065) on the purchase and repair of extraction equipment. Extraction AgentIn all the communities where we buy Candelilla wax, we provide the Candelilleros with the extraction agent they will need to carry out the extraction beforehand. This can be Citric Acid or Sulfuric Acid. In 2024, thanks to the normalization of supply chains, the investment in extraction agents was reduced, which was MXN $2,293,836 (USD$ 114,692), an amount equivalent to 48% of the investment made in this concept in 2023.33Communities that have replaced the use of sulfuric acid with citric acid 15%Of the total purchases of Candelilla wax, it is extracted with citric acid.66Candelilleros with access to Social Security$2.8 MDPFunding communities for forestry studies$3.3 MDPInvested in equipment and materials for wax extractionUse of Citric Acid In 2016, our R&D team introduced citric acid as an extracting agent, reducing the risks associated with the use of sulfuric acid. We currently have 33 communities in which the entire wax production is made using Citric Acid, representing 15% of the total purchases of Candelilla wax. Training of ProducersOur staff provide training to Candelilleros in product quality and sustainable forest use.Social SecurityMulticeras is the only Candelilla wax provider that helps Candelilleros access government social security benefits, such as medical services, financial protection in the case of accidents and injuries, and pensions.
