Our dedicatedSunWolf sta is happy to help you nd a perfect t.Measure the width of window well along the foundation. • On Monarch Window Wells, measure the inside of the well • For Boman Kemp Wells, measure the outside of the wellMeasure the well’s projection (from the foundation to the center point). Most projections will be 36”BA!Be sure to check for any damage, warps or disruptions in the shape or integrity of the window well. Using the power drill and drill bit, drill the holes into the hinge mount at the spots you marked. Blow out holes to ensure no residue remains.Line up the cover on the window well with the hinge mount ush against the foundation. Use a level to ensure the cover is even and is tted correctly side to side.Using the power drill and drill bit, drill through the hinge mount holes into the foundation. Blow out holes to ensure no residue remains.Using your power drill (or impact drill), secure the cover into the foundation with TapCon Screws. Wipe or blow away excess shavings/dust from drilling/screwing.Test that the cover and hinge works properly once the screws are in the foundation(if the cover does not lift easily, try to slightly loosen the hinge bolt on the ends of thecover).Attach the ventilation hinge props from the package provided to the underside of the cover. Test the ventilation hinge props work correctly and that the cover can standeasily when hinge props are mounted on the window well.
