4 | SUN TOURS | 505-889-8888 | 800-666-6786Dear Travelers,Happy New Year! As we embark on Sun Tours 46th year in business we are extremely excited about our 2024 tour and cruise offerings, and just as excited about the technology advances we have achieved this past year. Namely, we have relaunched the Sun Tours website – www.SunToursUS.com – and have already heard from many customers about the ease of use, better and more in depth tour information and rapid responses from your inquiries. In the coming year, you will be able to get enhanced tour maps, routes, hotel information and even be able to book online! We are frequently asked if kids can go on tour. The answer is emphatically yes! It is not uncommon for us to have one or two children on tour. Sometimes a whole family comes along. Sometimes it is a grandmother and grandchild. Whatever the relationship, each time we have young people on a tour their youthful energy adds a new to dimension to the atmosphere that enhanced the tour for everyone. Everyone is a winner when the family comes along. The kids get to see a new part of the world and the grandparents get to share their meaningful experiences with their kids or grandkids that all will long remember. So, bring the kids along! Although Sun Tours group tours are a favorite way to go, the world is full of wonderful places that, for whatever reason, do not t into our group tour format or might not be scheduled as an immediate group tour. If you want to go see the penguins in Antarctica but can’t until our next tour in 2025, or go shopping in Hong Kong, sail to England on the Queen Elizabeth II, ride the Orient Express, or visit your relatives in Poland, call Sun Tours. Our travel experts will give you the right tips to make your travels as satisfying as possible, and book you on the independent journey of your dreams! New Years is a great time to set new goals for yourself and your family! Many make it a ressoluation to see more of our beautiful and diverse world. It's also not too early to think about birthdays and next years holiday season. Sun Tours has a gift certicate program that ts your needs to a tee! Just give us a call to purchase a Tour Gift Certicate so you can give the gift of travel. The only cost for the certicate is the actual cost of the tour or cruise, with no added fees. You may also purchase any number of $100 Gift Certicates. These can be used towards the cost of any individual travel booked through Sun Tours or any group Sun Tour or Cruise. The only charge is the face value of the certicate. What a great idea. Even better is that they can give the gift of travel to you. 46 | SUN TOURS | 505-889-8888 | 800-666-6786About Us and Our ToursSUN TOURS was founded in Albuquerque in 1978 with a vision of sightseeing tours with excellent quality and great value—tours on which people are treated with respect and kindness. Our growth into New Mexico’s largest tour operator is the realization of that vision. This success is rooted in taking care of the details, earning our clients’ trust, and our commitment to excellence. We Start in AlbuquerqueAll tours by air depart from the Albuquerque Sunport, and our prices include the airfare on most tours. Our motorcoach tours leave from Albuquerque and the location will vary. Your Tour Director or Escort will be with you all the way, taking care of every detail, solving any problems that may arise, and enhancing the tour through their knowledge, personality, and interaction with each tour participant. No Gratuities! Our no-tipping policy removes your concerns about tipping. Gratuities for the Tour Director, driver(s), local guides, cruise personnel, and all other components of the tour package (except for hotel housekeepers and optional services or attractions) have been included in the tour price. Our Tour Directors do not accept additional tips. Deposits / Cancellation PoliciesEach tour has its own deposit requirements, nal payment date and cancellation fees. They are found in the Tour Details section on each tour’s page at SunToursUS.com. If we do not receive the deposit for a reservation within one week of booking, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.Looking for a Roommate?Traveling with a roommate offers companionship and is less expensive than traveling as a single. For cruises, the cost savings are even greater, as most cruise lines charge the same price for a stateroom whether occupied by one person or two.For those who want the companionship and/or cost savings of traveling double occupancy, SUN TOURS will assist but does not guarantee nding a roommate. When two people express interest in a roommate when signing up for the same tour, we give them each other’s contact information. You can sign up for a tour before you have a roommate.
