Interns have the opportunity to livein Georgetown’s eco-friendly apartment-style residence building downtownat 55 H St NW.The building features a fitness center, a contemplation space, modernliving spaces and common areas to study and relax. 55H is just a fewblocks from Union Station and jobs and internships downtown, and withinwalking distance to grocery stores, Chinatown, the National PortraitGallery and more.
Easy Access Across The DistrictInterns can across DC via a variety of transportation options, including afree university shuttle, public transit, biking, and rideshares. The Safety and Community of CampusAt the heart of Georgetown is a commitment to the Jesuit principles ofcaring for the whole person and being people for others. Intern residents have peace of mind knowing that they’re protected by theGeorgetown University Police Department (GUPD), who provide securityand police services on the Georgetown University Main and MedicalCenter campuses and off campus properties. Utilizing foot patrols, vehiclesand bicycles, the officers patrol the campus twenty-four hours a day, sevendays a week.
