St. Benedict’s is excited to welcome another summer of great camp offerings! Please find helpfulinformation and policies for our summer camp program below. If you are returning to St. B’ssummer camp this year, please review the information below in detail, as 2025 will be differentthan prior summers! Eligibility:St. B’s Summer Camps are open to children who will be at least 4 years old by September 1, 2025and are FULLY POTTY-TRAINED.Camp Hours:Rising Pre-K 4s & Kindergarten: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm (half day)Rising 1st-8th grade: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm (full day)Drop-off & pick-up: Morning drop-off starts at 8:45 amPickup at 1:05 – 1:15 pm for half-day camps (rising Pre-K 4s & Kindergarten)Pickup at 3:05 – 3:20 pm for full day camps (rising 1st-8th grade)Registration & Changes:Priority registration will be open to St. Benedict’s families ONLY from January 28 - February 11,2025. ANY REGISTRATIONS RECEIVED FROM NON-ST. BENEDICT’S FAMILIES DURING THIS TIMEWILL BE REMOVED AND REFUNDED. Registration will open to the general public on February 11,2025.Registration will close for each week of camp 2 weeks before the first day of camp. Onceregistration is closed, late registration may be available in extremely limited circumstances andwill incur a $25 late registration fee.Changes (including adding/removing extended care) will be permitted up until the close ofregistration 2 weeks before the first day of each camp week, and will incur a $50 change fee. Ifthe cost of the new camp is higher than the original, the difference will be charged to youraccount. IMPORTANT INFORMATIONExtended CareYou can select morning and/or afternoon extended care as options when you register for each week ofcamp. Extended care (morning and afternoon) is offered by the week, and capacity will be limited. Thereis no option for extended care by the day or hour, and refunds will not be given for unused time. DROP-INS WILL NOT BE OFFERED. Therefore, it is crucial that you sign up for extended care at the time ofregistration or up until two weeks before the start of each week of camp. A $50 change fee will beapplied to each change request after initial registration. Extended care hours and fees are as follows:Morning: 7:30 - 9:00 amRising Pre-K 4s & Kindergarten: $69 per weekRising 1st-8th Grade: $62 per week Afternoon: Rising Pre-K 4s & Kindergarten (half-day camps): 1:00 - 3:00 pm: $130 per week1:00 - 6:00 pm: $270 per weekRising 1st-8th Grade (full-day camps): 3:00 - 6:00 pm: $124 per week Late Pick-upEXTENDED CARE DROP-INS ARE NOT OFFERED. Pick-ups after scheduled dismissal time must be approved in advance by camp administration(summer@stbs.org) and will be billed at the discretion of the Camp Director.Cancelations and RefundsAll cancelations will be refunded as specified below. A $50 change fee will be applied to each cancelationrequest.100% refunds will be issued until April 30, 2025.Beginning May 1, 2025, refunds will be issued at 50% until registration closes for each camp week,which will be two weeks before the first day of that camp.Once registration closes for a camp week (2 weeks before the first day of camp), no refunds will begiven.Cancelation/refund requests should be sent to summer@stbs.org.St. Benedicts CancelationsSt. Benedict’s will review all camp enrollment at least three weeks before the start of the camp. Any campthat has not met the minimum enrollment will be canceled, and registered campers will be notified toselect a new camp; no change fee will apply. If you cannot make a new selection, a full refund will beissued. St. Benedict’s reserves the right to cancel any portion of a camp due to any unforeseencircumstances.
