I am proud of Enterprise, and I am proud of you!Although we seldom talk or write about ourcommunity involvement and our recruiting efforts,I will take a few lines to congratulate us all on whatwe do to not only make our work environmentbetter and more welcoming but also what we do inour communities. I believe that to be a goodindividual and corporate citizen, you must giveback.Last year Enterprise donated to over 26 charitableorganizations. While the money we allocate tothese organizations is important, it is alsoimportant to note that as a company, ouremployees donated thousands of hours of theirtime. While we do occasionally highlight ourvolunteer efforts around an individualorganization, our employees are at work in theirindividual communities on a daily basis helping tomake them better. We are also very active in recruiting the nextgeneration of Enterprise employees from bothtraditional and sometimes, non-traditionalavenues and locations. We have active high schoolprograms in Nashville and San Antonio with thelocal school systems. Our efforts around fabricationhave proved to be a win for recruitment. When wecan bring a young person to the same locationevery day and teach them in a controlled setting,we get better results. Tying back to community involvement, we alsopartner with organizations like Men of Valor,Project 4:13 Strong, and the Chamber ofCommerce to identify young men and womenwho may have had some adverse event and justneed a second chance to be productive andsuccessful. These efforts are fulfilling to Enterpriseand the employees that benefit from them. Theseefforts require us to be good mentors to thoseentering our workforce. If we don’t all take time toteach others, then we shouldn’t expect exceptionalresults. On the work front, our backlog of good workremains strong and we remain excited about ourfuture together. Again, thanks for what you do forEnterprise and what you all do in yourcommunities! From the Desk of Jim Seabury, Chairman & CEOENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS PAGE 01

The main hall is fashioned after a traditional operahouse and is full of multi-use acousticalcapabilities including a uniquely designedtransparent sound dome that can fully adjust theacoustic capabilities. This project has won a local and national ABCExcellence in Construction Award, marking the firstNational Eagle Award for our company to date.Read about the wonderful accomplishment of thisteam in the following pages which includesinnovative and out-of-the-box solutions toelectrical noise that have produced many accoladesin the theatre community. Belmont embarked on a mission to house the world's greatest performance venue on any collegecampus. The Fisher Center for the Performing Arts vision began as a $180 millionmultifunctional facility that would provide the university's music students with another uniquelearning and performing environment. The traditional European opera house main hall is now abreathtaking 1,700-seat auditorium and is equipped with a multitude of multi-use acousticalcapabilities. Our team called it a once-in-a-lifetime project that’s not only the “crowning jewel”of performance centers on campus but is a star among the many performance halls across MusicCity. Before accepting the project, the Enterprise Solutions team traveled with Belmont, theatreadvisors, and project team members to research other high-standard performance centersacross the southeast. Despite our team’s observations about electrical installations, which wereless than favorable, we took the responsibility of being a pioneer in creating a successful andprofitable state-of-the-art performance center build for electrical contractors. One crucialpoint to consider is that our team lacked experienced contacts to provide guidance. This wasdue to the fact that many of the electrical subcontractors recommended by project teams fromprevious visits were not highly regarded.Preconstruction began in January 2018 when drones were used by R.C. Mathews to map out thelocation of the performing arts center. Then the contractors harmoniously worked on the BIMmodel to create this unique build. The project broke ground in January 2019 and a ribboncutting was set for September 2021. This gave us 2 years and 8 months to build the project.Based on our research, performing arts centers of this size and detail took about double theamount of time. Therefore, our team knew we would need to rely heavily on our Virtual Designand Construction (VDC) department to ensure we were not wasting time while also ensuringhigh standards for the build. Two of our designers spent over 1,000 man-hours modeling theelectrical rooms, dimming room, and other key electrical nodes. Given the caliber of the build and tight deadline, our team understood the need for aninnovative and real-time document control solution. The project team implemented Data Vaultsto operate efficiently with specific performance standards. By using Data Vaults on-site, ourteam stayed informed of time-sensitive updates to the project from our other trade partners. The team was able to receive timely updates and eliminate multiple obstacles such as supplies, change orders, and communication issues. This was our first time going completely paperless ona job, but we adjusted quickly and have since adopted the technology for other builds. This system along with VDC and modeled prefabrication helped immensely once COVID-19 hitthe country and threw everyone for a loop. Though COVID was not a job-specific obstacle, it didhandicap construction across the country as OSHA laws changed and supply chains becamebottlenecked. Contact tracing began removing large swatches of our workforce and dented ourability to peak our manpower. Our leadership decided to insulate this team of 30 due to theirunique knowledge of this build. They worked 6 days a week and logged over 10,000 hours forthe whole project to make certain our work was done on time and with the experts needed forthis exceptional build. The other obstacles our team faced in this 1,700-seat traditional European opera house werethe multitude of acoustical challenges. Our team worked with a world-renowned acoustician tomaintain the musical integrity of the space which included isolation pillows and balloons usedon the switchgear, transformers, and panel boards all of which are wholly isolated from thestructure. Additionally, our team installed air springs to isolate electrical noise in the walls andwe elevated the main electrical room 16 feet off the ground to help remove vibrations from the13,800 volts of electricity buzzing through the room. Sliding the Switchgear in like aLocomotive on the Wooden TracksModeled Electrical SwitchgearModeled Electrical RoomCraning in the Modular Electrical RoomWe used Trimble to map all layout points throughout the 155,000 sq. ft. project and were ableto use a crane to expertly drop in the dimmer and electrical rooms in the early stages of thebuild. The electrical room switchgear fit in like a locomotive after our team built a wooden trackto slide it into place. It fit perfectly with centimeters of space on all sides of the modularelectrical cage. This enabled the early integration of the Candil sound system, housed in thedimming room, which controls the lights throughout the building by giving every light fixturean electronic address that can be manually controlled from a single room. ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS PAGE 05There are 115,000 feet of modeled conduit in thisproject which could nearly run the full length ofthe longest bridge in the United States - LakePontchartrain Causeway in Louisiana!Another challenge was the bespoke design of the domedperformance hall. This performance center is 150,000 sq ftwith 115,000 feet of modeled conduit and 825,000 ft of wire. For perspective, this conduit could nearly run the full lengthof the longest bridge in the United States, LakePontchartrain Causeway which connects New Orleans tomainland Louisiana. Our team expertly installed copiousamounts of conduit and wire with precision as the building’sdesign made trade coordination complex. With the domedceiling, our VDC team would go from feet to inches of cushionspace on overhead racks and had to factor in the isolatedswitchgear we installed to keep sound integrity throughoutthe walls. ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS PAGE 06Of those controlled light fixtures, we installed three 1,900-pound, three-story chandeliers inthe grand lobby which were assembled in three parts to ensure a safe and sturdy installation. We are particularly proud of the transparent sound dome affixed to the ceiling of theperformance hall. Our team single-handedly placed individual LED lights within the dome thatmimic the stars on the night that Belmont's President, Bob Fisher, was inaugurated as acommemorative piece to his legacy. Enterprise Solutions strives to embody innovation and efficiency in every project – and we didjust that for The Fisher Center for the Performing Arts. Following our creative collaborationwith the world-renowned acoustician, he has updated the specific specs required in all futurebuildings he appraises. Our Belmont team has become a sought-after group of electrical expertsamong performing arts builds across the southeast and beyond. We are all very proud to be a part of creating this state-of-the-art performing arts center forBelmont University and we hope its uniqueness continues to gain praise throughout the artcommunity across the world. WORK-BASED LEARNING ANDSHADOWSHIP PROGRAMSENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS PAGE 11In partnership with Metro Nashville Public SchoolsThe Work-Based Learning (WBL) and Shadowship programs are a fantastic opportunity for high schoolerswho are part of Metro Nashville Public Schools (MNPS) Academies of Nashville to explore path-basedcareers. Both programs offer a wide range of job opportunities and exposure for MNPS students with localbusiness partners, giving students hands-on experience in a diverse range of industries. Seniors who areenrolled in the WBL program work for private employers while earning up to two credits for schoolrequirements. Not only is this an opportunity to build essential employability skills that will prepare themfor future success in both postsecondary education and the workforce, but Enterprise has also hired 100% ofthe graduating seniors who have worked for us, many of whom have joined our apprenticeship program. Additionally, the Prefabrication Department hosts Overton High School juniors, who are in the school’s MEPand Engineering pathways, once a week throughout the school year. They rotate through stations for half aday learning how to bend pipe and wire an electrical box all under the tutelage of our shop experts. Thishelps us identify and recruit top-notch seniors for their rising senior year. R.J. Lillibridge highlights the benefits of these programs. He says that students are learning a skilled tradein a controlled, safe environment, and gaining an understanding of tools, materials, and industry language. This experience also emphasizes the values of respect, reliability, and curiosity which are crucial in anyprofessional setting.“What I’m learning in school is what I’mapplying here,” said Braylon Gann, a seniorin Overton’s Mechanical, Engineering, andPlumbing program – part of the Academy ofEngineering – who is working 16 hours aweek at Enterprise Solutions, an electricalsubcontractor with a long list of recent andupcoming projects in Nashville and aroundthe country. “I’m trying to be a wet spongeand soak up everything.”

In 2021, Enterprise launched a new certificate program at Fisk University, a small HBCUlocated in the heart of Nashville, to help expose and educate students who are nottraditionally aware of careers in construction. This program has been received well by thestudents with about 8 students joining the once-a-week evening class taught by EnterpriseSolutions, JE Dunn, ESa, and other construction partners. The students are exposed to foursite visits to one jobsite throughout the year, provided with the opportunity to gain theirOSHA 10 certification, attend two classes at our prefabrication shop to learn about tools andlearn from NCCER’s project management book. Interested students are placed with aprogram partner for a paid summer internship and are provided with a mentor and regularcheck-ins from Enterprise employees. This year, Enterprise was awarded with a Leadership in Diversity Equity and Inclusion fromNashville Business Journal for our program which will soon be turned into a four-creditedconcentration within Fisk’s Business degree. This exciting curriculum has been created bythe well-respected godfather of construction programs in Middle Tennessee, Dr. TomGormley, an Associate Professor of MTSU’s Concrete Project Management program. Tom is agraduate of Vanderbilt University’s Masters in Civil Engineering program and then attainedhis Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering, and he is an HCA Healthcare construction alumn.Under his guidance, students will learn from seasoned adjunct professors about contractdocuments and software, cost estimating and bidding, project management, and planningand scheduling with summer internships available for rising seniors with industry partners.
