The 2022-2025 Strategic Plan is based on extensive feedback and analysis. In May 2021, surveys were administered to the entire Woodward community, eliciting responses from 667 parents, 398 US students, 368 MS students, and 400+ employees. Seven Governing Board sub-committees were tasked with analyzing the data and developing specific recommendations in response.

Build a warm, welcoming, and engaged community, on and off-campus, based on mutual respect and care.2. Focus on positive student/ teacher relationships that enhance the student experience.3. Proactively foster, develop and support the social and emotional well-being of each member of the Woodward Academy community.4. Increase real-world applications in the curriculum and cocurricular activities.
