The following elected officials were the leaders of this resolution in 2024: ● Senator Jeff Merkley (D-Oregon) ● Senator Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) ● Senator Cory Booker (D-New Jersey) ● Representative Alma Adams (D-North Carolina) ● Representative Ashley Hinson (R-Iowa) Social Media Handles Healthy Birth Day Count the Kicks FB: @healthybirthday FB: @countthekicks IG: @healthybirthdayinc IG: @countthekicksus X: @Healthy_Birth X: @CounttheKicksUS YouTube: @healthybirthdayinc YouTube: @CountTheKicks Elevate the Conversation and Raise Awareness Caption: Sept. 19 is National Stillbirth Prevention & Awareness Day - a day to honor the babies gone too soon, support the families who carry their memory, and raise awareness about the steps we can take to prevent future loss. Stillbirth affects 1 in 175 pregnancies in the U.S. That’s 21,000 babies born still each year. We know that 25% of those are preventable, which is why awareness is so important. Let’s keep talking, keep advocating, and keep saying their names to help improve birth outcomes for future families. #StillbirthPreventionDay #StillbirthPreventionAndAwarenessDay #CountTheKicks Find Graphics in our Canva Template
