2025 — Q1 / JANFIELD NOTES:A Quarterly Look at Church Planting Progress & ImpactWe kicked off the year with powerfulmomentum—two brand new churcheslaunched in January, each uniquely positionedto reach their communities with the hope ofJesus.Mosaic Church in Mesa, Arizona, led by Johnand Amy Pope, opened its doors to create aspace where people from every backgroundcan find belonging, healing, and purpose.Mosaic lives up to its name—bringingtogether diverse people to reflect the beautyof God’s family.Church of the Ascension, launched by SethWilliamson in McKinney, Texas, offers a freshexpression of liturgical worship that’s bothrooted and relevant. It’s a space for reflection,depth, and spiritual formation—meeting ahunger that’s growing in today’s culture.These two churches look very different—andthat’s the point. We need all types of churchesfor all types of people. Because every personmatters, and every community needs a churchthat reflects the hope and truth of Jesus in away they can connect with.Thanks for being part of making moments likethis possible. 2025 — Q1 / FEBFIELD NOTES:A Quarterly Look at Church Planting Progress & ImpactUnexpected Encounters. Eternal Impact.At our February Discovery Event in San Jose, a sacredmoment was unfolding. Church-planting candidates andcouples—brave individuals answering the call to start newchurches—stood together as our team prayed over them,commissioning them to go out and bring the hope of Jesusto new communities.But then something remarkable happened.In the middle of the final commissioning worship service, apizza delivery man stepped into the room with lunch. Whathe walked into was far more than a meal drop-off. He wasmet with a presence he couldn’t explain—an atmospherethick with love, worship, and divine purpose. Overwhelmed,he was moved to tears.One of our church planter guides noticed and gently began aconversation. That’s when we learned the full story: a friendhad been inviting this man to visit the very church that washosting our event. But he could never make it—he alwaysworked Sundays. Yet that day, in an unexpected twist oftiming, he encountered God in a room full of church planters.And in that moment, he made a decision that changedeverything: he said yes to Jesus.This is the power of church planting. It’s not just aboutlaunching services or growing attendance. It’s about creatingspaces—holy ground—where people meet Jesus, often inthe most unexpected ways.Because of your partnership, moments like this aremultiplying across the country. New churches are beingplanted. Lives are being transformed. Eternity is beingreshaped.Thank you for being part of this story. The field is ripe—andyou’re helping workers step into the harvest.

Held annually in Orlando, Exponential is thelargest gathering of church-planting leaders in the world—bringing togetherthousands of pastors, planters, and innovators who are passionate aboutmultiplication and Kingdom impact.We had an incredible time connecting with leaders and partners—during ourpre-conference gatherings, practical workshops, and at the booth with bothnew friends and longtime partners. Every conversation, every moment ofprayer, every shared story reminded us why this work matters so much.Throughout the week, we explored what it means to lead with courage, toembrace many models of church, and to invest in the next generation ofplanters. We heard powerful testimonies, wrestled with real challenges, andleft encouraged by the movement God is stirring across the nation andbeyond.Let’s keep the momentum going and continue building churches that thrive,grow, and multiply—together.March Multiplication Madness at Exponential
