Mosaiclives up to its name—bringing togetherdiverse people to reflect the beauty ofGod’s family.Church of the Ascension, launched bySeth Williamson (middle Photo) inMcKinney, Texas, offers a fresh expressionof liturgical worship that’s both rooted andrelevant. It’s a space for reflection, depth, and spiritual formation—meeting ahunger that’s growing in today’s culture. These two churches look very different—and that’s the point. We need all types ofchurches for all types of people. Becauseevery person matters, and everycommunity needs a church that reflectsthe hope and truth of Jesus in a way theycan connect with.January Recap: NewYear, New Churches,New Hope
2025 — Q1 / FEBFIELD NOTES:A Quarterly Look at Church Planting Progress & ImpactFebruary: Unexpected Encounters. Eternal Impact. At our February Discovery Event in San Jose, a sacredmoment was unfolding. Church-planting candidatesand couples—brave individuals answering the call tostart new churches—stood together as our teamprayed over them, commissioning them to go out andbring the hope of Jesus to new communities. But then something remarkable happened. In the middle of the final commissioning worshipservice, a pizza delivery man stepped into the roomwith lunch. What he walked into was far more than ameal drop-off. He was met with a presence he couldn’texplain—an atmosphere thick with love, worship, anddivine purpose. Overwhelmed, he was moved to tears. One of our church planter guides noticed and gentlybegan a conversation. That’s when we learned the fullstory: a friend had been inviting this man to visit thevery church that was hosting our event. But he couldnever make it—he always worked Sundays. Yet thatday, in an unexpected twist of timing, he encounteredGod in a room full of church planters. And in thatmoment, he made a decision that changed everything:he said yes to Jesus. This is the power of church planting. It’s not just aboutlaunching services or growing attendance. It’s aboutcreating spaces—holy ground—where people meetJesus, often in the most unexpected ways.Because of your partnership, moments like this aremultiplying across the country. New churches arebeing planted. Lives are being transformed. Eternity isbeing reshaped.
2025 — Q1 / MARCHFIELD NOTES:A Quarterly Look at Church Planting Progress & ImpactFrom packed sessions to powerful stories, this year’s ExponentialConference in March was one for the books. Held annually in Orlando,Exponential is the largest gathering of church-planting leaders in the world—bringing together thousands of pastors, planters, and innovators who arepassionate about multiplication and Kingdom impact. We had an incredible time connecting with leaders and partners—during ourpre-conference gatherings, practical workshops, and at the booth with bothnew friends and longtime partners. Every conversation, every moment ofprayer, every shared story reminded us why this work matters so much.Throughout the week, we explored what it means to lead with courage, toembrace many models of church, and to invest in the next generation ofplanters. We heard powerful testimonies, wrestled with real challenges, andleft encouraged by the movement God is stirring across the nation andbeyond.March: Multiplication Madness at Exponential

2025 — Q2 / APRILFIELD NOTES:A Quarterly Look at Church Planting Progress & ImpactThis April, we paused to celebrate a story thatstarted with a simple, courageous yes threeyears ago in Chula Vista, California. A small groupsaid yes—to making and maturing disciples, tocreating space for those who felt distant fromGod, and to launching a new church. That yes became City Lights Church—a placewhere people belong: at the table, in community, and in the unfolding story of Jesus. Now, as theymark their third anniversary, they’re not juststanding as a light; they’re multiplying lightsacross their city—just as Jesus invited Hisfollowers to do.Because of you, this isn’t just a story in oneplace. Every church you help start through Stadiabecomes a multiplying hub of hope: newgatherings, transformed lives, and freshencounters with Jesus. Your partnership turnsbeginnings into momentum.“You are the light of the world. A city situatedon a hill cannot be hidden…” —Matthew 5:14–16City Lights is living that truth, and yourinvestment makes their witness possible—visible, consistent, and pointing others to theFather.Thank you for helping plant churches that shine—bringing belonging, hope, and the life-changing love of Jesus into cities that need it. 2025 — Q2 / MAYFIELD NOTES:A Quarterly Look at Church Planting Progress & ImpactMay: Easter Echoes ofLives ChangedThis May, we reflected on the echoes of Easter—echoes of hope, new beginnings, and livesreoriented toward Jesus. Thanks to your partnership, over 500,000 peoplehad gathered at Easter in churches that startedbecause someone said yes to church planting withStadia. Half a million people worshiped the risenChrist—because you believed in starting churchesthat thrived, grew, and multiplied. One of those churches was Branches Humboldt. Thisyear they celebrated their largest Easter yet: 320people present, 7 baptisms, and stories that carrieddeep significance. Twin teens followed their mom’sfootsteps in faith. Brock, a first-time guest, took astep toward sobriety and healing. The servicefeatured authentic voices from the community—spoken word from a local artist, children readingScripture, and testimonies that felt like invitationsinto transformation. Pastor Justin Fox captured it well:“Grand moments of grace have the potential tochange and transform us—and Easter was one ofthose moments.”Those grand moments weren’t isolated. Theymultiplied because of you. Every new gathering, every baptism, every person beginning a newjourney was a direct result of your investment inchurch planting. You didn’t just help start churches—you helped start lives with purpose.
