From there we will schedule in a 3-way meeting with the rooming house developers to discuss theoptions for you.The search for suitable land begins. When we find it, we need to move fast! Land that ticks all theboxes for a class 1B build sells very quickly, so we need to ensure you are ready for this next stage. Plans are drawn up and behind the scenes development planning begins. If purchasing inside your SMSF, you will pay a 35% deposit (plus 10% of the land cost) and thebalance is paid on completion.
