Simplebooklet is a powerful presentation and distribution platform for marketing and communications collateral for small and medium organizations. An integration with Crello would fill a product gap in our platform for our users looking to author marketing collateral from scratch and who are looking for web to print options.

Crello is a powerful authoring and template platform for marketing and communications collateral that can be used to download and print or distribute through online channels. An integration with Simplebooklet would fill a product gap in your digital presentation capabilities.

Integration

On the Simplebooklet dashboard, a user can click on the USE A TEMPLATE button. The user selects a format and is sent directly to the Crello Editor, open to the template options for that format.

Benefits. Simplebooklet is acting as a lead generator for new customers for Crello. These are high value leads as they are prequalified and looking for a specific solution. 

Integration Requirement For Crello.  There is no integration required by the Crello team to implement this workflow. This is all accomplished on the Simplebooklet platform.

Increased satisfaction among Existing Customers who can switch from an existing authoring tool to Crello from within their Simplebooklet account.  Exposure to Crello customers to generate 30 to 50 new leads a day.

Option 1

Export To Simplebooklet Button

Crello server generates pdf and uploads directly to a simplebooklet endpoint (via POST)Simplebooklet saves pdf and responds to crello with a simplebooklet redirect_url (which includes a unique url to identify the PDF just uploaded)Crello sends user to the simplebooklet redirect_url which initiates the user's pdf to simplebooklet conversion (after simplebooklet signup/login)

Option 2

Export To Simplebooklet Button

Crello directs user to a simplebooklet endpoint and sends parameters that would include a download url from Crello. (either the full download url could be provided, or some design-id that we append to a common Crello pdf download endpoint)Simplebooklet allows user to login/signup and then makes a pdf download request to Crello's pdf download urlOnce pdf download is complete simplebooklet guides user through pdf conversion process.

Both options are minimum viable implementations and should require less than one day of integration time. We can also spin up more secure mechanisms if required, including  using keys, IDs, etc. that are sufficiently long and random enough to not be guessable.  The download url could be short lived as well.

Increased satisfaction among Existing Customers who can better present their created Crello content digitally by seeing and sharing their designs in a very engaging and impressive format.  Exposure to Simplebooklet customers leading to 40 to 60 new leads a day. Better retention for existing customers due to the nature of Simplebooklet being a long term subscription and hosting platform helping drive return usage instead of one off projects.
