The Important DetailsThe Important DetailsCourse Registration:Please use the link or QR code on the registration page of this catalog. Thelink or QR code will take the participant to a google form. All informationwill be provided in the course details or in the link.In-person sessions will be held in the Conference Room at the WBESCoffice. In-person registration closes one week prior to deadline.Cost Information:$50 for WBESC Member Districts$75 for others who would like to participateCourse payment can be made with cash or check only OR One (1) hour of Ashland credit is available for $185 Payment for Ashland credit can be made through Ashland Unversity’s websiteAll registration fees are non-refundableLow Enrolllment:WBESC reserves the right to cancel courses based on low enrollment. Notification of cancellation will be sent via email to registrants. A cancelledsession may be replaced with a new session. It is the responsibility of theparticipant to register for the new session.Certificates of Completion:Once all requirements are fulfilled for each course, the participant will beprovided a certificate of completion from the instructor. Certificates will beemailed to the participant within a week of completing the course.Inclement Weather:WBESC makes every effort to hold events as scheduled, despite the delayor closing of area schools due to weather. In the event of severe inclementweather or other emergencies, WBESC will transition to a virtual coursewhen possible. An email will be sent by the course instructor on the coursestatus.

The program alignswith district objectives and offers flexibility in scheduling while ensuring participants candocument their progress and participation. Each district will receive ongoing support from anadjunct facilitator, ensuring the professional development is effective and goal-oriented.Meetings and Documentation: Teachers and administrators will submit meeting agendas todocument the focus and structure of each session. Flexibility and Availability: Professional development opportunities will be availablethroughout the year, allowing districts to engage continuously.Support for District Goals:All professional development activities are aligned with the district’s specific goals to supportstudent achievement and overall educational success.Flexibility & Availability:An adjunct facilitator will provide support for districts, including leading professionaldevelopment sessions, reviewing materials, and offering guidance as needed.Documentation & Reporting:Logs for the requisite number of hours including the date, location and time will be provided tothe adjunct.
