CARBONAUGHT CLEANEYRE GLOBALFarmers today grapple with three pressing challenges: somehow rapidly lower emissions while increasing production, a stark scarcity of viable options that do both simultaneously, and the near certainty of ending up out of pocket. Carbonaught directly confronts these issues head-on. Not content with incremental, disjointed solutions, we offer farmers a path to solve those issues in a straightforward way, that works now and can scale. No long-term lock-in contracts on land. FUTURESparkLabs Cultiv8’s Future Food Dinner offers a unique opportunity to showcase the path we are forging for the future. Designed to celebrate the future of food production and consumption, tonight’s meal is the result of collaborative efforts from forward-thinking food providers, ranging from industry giants to small-scale entrepreneurs. Each course has been centred around a ‘hero’ ingredient, from robotic pollinated tomatoes and carbon neutral beef, to wine served in 21st century bottles and indigenous avoured gelato. Our dinner stands as a tribute to the technology innovations from our previous cohorts and celebrates the early adopters in the Agri-Food CleanTech sector who have contributed to providing sustainable, high-quality ingredients. Often, the ideas and innovations conceived by our founders remain intangible, hidden from the view of the everyday consumer. This dinner seeks to illuminate the work of Agri-Food CleanTech pioneers who are crafting revolutionary solutions, and the producers implementing these technologies to steer our food production systems toward greater productivity, sustainability, and environmental consciousness. What we have curated is more than just a gastronomic journey; it is a living testament to the profound impact of conscious production choices and an unwavering dedication to sustainable innovation in the Agri-Food CleanTech industry. We extend our gratitude for the support and sponsorship from the following organisations that made this evening’s meal possible:ENTRÉESkordalia - Scorched Costa Tomato MuhammaraCosta Tomato Carpaccio – Ricotta & Herb VinegaretteServed with Sugar Mill CiabattaMAINFive Founders Beef Short Rib – Salsa VerdeFive Founders Oyster Blade – Miso Bagna CaudaSIDESMarinated Zucchini - HazelnutsGem Lettuce – Preserved Lemon Mignonette & ShallotsDESSERTLemon Myrtle gelato with honey roasted macadamiasDark chocolate sorbet with hazelnut and wattleseed pralineWINETamburlaine Lizard Drinking2022 Orange Shiraz2022 Orange ChardonnayBEERByron Bay LagerKosciuszko Pale AleHahn SuperDry
