Ask HOW DO I SCHEDULE A TOUR We welcome tours by appointment Please contact us at hospitality christianshane com HOW MUCH TIME IS ALLOWED FOR SETUP CLEAN UP The package you choose is inclusive of set up and breakdown All vendor load in and load out times should be arranged within your rental timeframe DO YOU HAVE DECOR RESTRICTIONS We make every effort to make your event unique and memorable To preserve our historical mansion we ask that no fasteners of any type be used and that nothing is affixed to any surface on the property as well as glitter confetti and flower petals All decor must be set up and removed during your rental timeframe and Solari Orleans must be left in as is condition WHERE DO GUESTS PARK Off street and street parking is available on surrounding streets and you may elect to include valet services for your guests Rideshare services and Taxis are a popular option CAN I CHARTER A PRIVATE STREETCAR Yes Chartered streetcars are available for you and your guests for a fee via the New Orleans Regional Transit Authority s website DO YOU HAVE OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS Yes We offer accommodations for a fee for up to 22 guests at Lion s Gate our mansion on Jackson Avenue one block away

Ask CONFETTI RICE FLOWER PETALS AND SPARKLERS ARE THEY ALLOWED To preserve Solari Orleans we ask that loose items such as confetti rice petals and sparklers not be used DO YOU OFFER V I P SERVICES V I P AREA We offer V I P services upon request at an additional fee HOW DOES THE NEW ORLEANS NOISE ORDINANCE EFFECT MY EVENT The city wide noise ordinance requires amplified sound end at 10 30PM on Fridays and Saturdays and 9 00PM Mondays Thursdays After these hours music must be kept inside Solari Orleans with the windows closed DO YOU PROVIDE AN EVENT PLANNER Our team offers guidance along the way as it pertains to our venue We require a licensed and insured day of coordinator to be sure your event is executed as expected CAN I INCLUDE MY FAVORITE VENDORS Yes We invite ALL vendors DO YOU HAVE A PREFERRED VENDOR LIST Yes We have a preferred vendor list and can help guide you through the process All vendors must be licensed insured You re required to have a licensed and insured day of event coordinator on the day of your event

Ask WHAT IS THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE We require 25 of your event fee as a retainer upon the execution of your event contract The remaining balance is collected in 2 installments 1 Installment 1 is due upon the execution of your event contract 2 Installment 2 is due 90 days before your scheduled event DO YOU REQUIRE A SECURITY DEPOSIT A 1 500 damage deposit is due with your final payment to cover potential damages and or contract violations If no damage or contract breaches occur we will release and return your deposit within 30 days of your event If damages and or breaches occur we will notify you and bill you for any repairs over and above your paid deposit WHAT OTHER RULES RESTRICTIONS SHOULD I BE AWARE OF All trash collected during your event must be disposed of off site Open flames are not allowed on the property
