CANCELLATIONPOLICYSMB values our customers and their busy schedules! As such, we havestrict policies for no-shows and cancellations. To book an appointment,we require a $50 deposit. This deposit will be deducted from the finalbalance of your scheduled service. We require 36 hours minimumadvance notice of cancellations, to protect both our serviceprofessionals and to provide waitlisted clients the opportunity to booknew openings. WettingSkylight extensions will have no effect on their longevity. Skylight lashes are great forsensitive skin as the adhesive is low in odor and very rarely causes allergic reactions. What’s the difference between SkyLight andtraditional lash extensions?The main difference between SkyLight Lash Extensions vs. traditional lash extensionsare the application technique! SkyLight uses a special LED UV light and adhesive.When the lash extension is placed, the LED UV light is then used to dry the adhesiveinstantly. LASH EXTENSIONSFAQHow do I prep for lash extensions?We recommend to come to your appointment with your eyes and lash area clean andfree of any makeup. While you may wear makeup if you wish, any makeup on theeyes and lashes will be removed before the lashing process. This is to ensure properadherence between the lash extensions and natural lashes. Can I receive a fill-in on lash extensions applied byanother lash artist?For safety reasons, Sophia Misaki Beauty does not provide foreign fill-ins. It isimportant to note that each lash artist has their own unique technique, style, andadhesive preferences. Mixing different types of lash extensions or adhesives can lead toinconsistencies in the overall look and quality of the lashes. Providing foreign fills onextensions applied by another artist may also pose a risk to the health and safety ofthe natural lashes, as the compatibility of products used by different artists cannot beguaranteed. If you have lash extensions from a previous lash artist, we will require alash removal at no cost to apply a new full set. This step is very important! Taking care of your lashes is crucial for their longevity.Make sure you’re thoroughly cleansing your lashes with a gentle cleanser safe forextensions at least every 2-3 days. Lash shampoo is available for purchase in our SpaBoutique. Not cleansing can cause oil, makeup or debris build-up, which can causeyour lashes to shed quicker. If you wear makeup, you should cleanse your lashes afterevery time you remove it. Avoid getting any makeup or skincare products in yourlashes, and remember to brush them daily!How do I take care of my lash extensions?Can I wear my contact lenses to my lash appointment?If you wear contact lenses, you will be asked to remove them before the lashing process. Pleasemake sure to bring your case for your contact lenses, or wear glasses the day of your appointment!

That being said, everyone's skin andpain threshold is different, but during the procedure, there shouldn't be a point where the pain becomes unbearable.Does it scar?No! Microblading itself will not cause scarring. What can cause scarring after a microblading procedure is picking atthe healing skin.
