Full Event Planning + StylingAt Signature 7 Events + Design, we manage every aspect of your event, from finding the perfectvenue to curating a top-quality vendor team and delivering a custom design. Our services includeproduction, planning, and styling, ensuring a seamless process with our commitment to excellence.Our package offers unlimited email correspondence, scheduled phone calls, and up to six in-person or virtual meetings. Meetings can include onboarding, venue tours, design discussions, floraland rental mockups, and a venue walkthrough with a timeline overview. We assist in finding andbooking your dream venue (up to three visits), establish themes and design concepts, and handle allvendor communications and bookings.On the event day, our team oversees styling, management, and execution with a minimum of threeexperienced S7E+D members. We coordinate the ceremony rehearsal, distribute final vendorpayments, and ensure everything runs smoothly. From intricatesignage to striking floral arrangements, we ensure everything is visually appealing and harmoniouslyintegrated. We start with our Design Questionnaire to understand your ideal event, then sourcevendors that match your style and budget. While leading the design process, we collaborate closelywith our vendors to seamlessly execute your vision.Our package includes a design consultation with the S7E+D creative director, unlimited emailcorrespondence, and up to four in-person meetings (design meeting, venue tour, floral and rentaldesign meetings, with an optional final mock-up meeting). We implement the full design concept,including color schemes, styling ideas, and a full venue floor plan.We handle selecting, booking, and managing all design-based vendors, ensuring cohesivecommunication and execution. On the event day, we oversee complete setup and teardown of alldecor elements. We also create custom event elements like logos, decals, signage, and papergoods. With your vendors booked and design in place, we help execute your special day seamlessly.Our comprehensive service includes a full coordination team, detailed wedding timeline, venuelayout planning, ceremony rehearsal attendance, month-of vendor management, and more.Our package provides an experienced associate planner from S7E+D, offering unlimited emailcorrespondence and scheduled phone calls from booking. You’ll have one in-person or virtualmeeting for venue tours or final vendor meetings. We review vendor contracts, set up paymentreminders, curate a day-of wedding timeline, and design a venue layout.You’ll have access to our preferred vendor list, and we confirm arrival and setup/breakdown timeswith all vendors. We handle all communication with vendors 30 days before the event. Our teamcoordinates the ceremony rehearsal, manages final vendor payments and gratuities, and executesday-of coordination with at least three S7E+D members.
