Engineer of the MonthEngineer of the MonthEach month, our Area Managers and General Manager's take a moment to recognise engineers who have truly gone above and beyond. These individuals have demonstrated exceptional commitment, performance, and teamwork. Please join us in celebrating this month's standout engineers!Adam Chivers (Mid Yorkshire) - Adam has not been working for us on the contract for long, but he has been performing brilliantly within a difficult area. His OTD score for the last 4 weeks sits at 90.12% which is a great score. Jordan Binns (Essex) - Jordan is always on hand to cover extra work and takes NCF jobs on all the time to help with the progress of the teams scores. Samuel Segger (Norfolk) - Samuel always goes above and beyond. His dedication and enthusiasm within the team does not go unnoticed.Elliot Davies (Herts) - Elliot has had a few bumps along the way, but he is a consistent high performer across all measures. He deserves recognition for this brilliant achievement. Gaurav Giri (West London) - Despite having been live for only nine weeks, Gaurav has quickly established himself as an integral part of the West London team. His strong work ethic, commitment to high standards, and willingness to support others have made a significant impact in a short period.Oscar Williams (Avon and Somerset) - Oscar has worked really hard to get his RR28’s (4-week) down to 3.8%. He has consistently been low over the past 4 weeks of data in this area. Congratulations to the following engineers for being selected as our Engineers of the Month.
