The Rotary Youth CampThe Rotary Youth Camp is for children and young adults with special needsor who are disadvantaged.Imagine a place you can go to get away—to escape, even for a short while—where you’re free to be yourself, unconstrained, unabashed, and unafraid. That’s the Rotary Youth Camp. Our goal is to create life-changing momentsfor our young campers, many of whom live with physical, mental, oremotional challenges. That’s why, with the support of donors and community partners, the 40-acreRotary Youth Camp welcomes nonprofit groups to host camps free ofcharge. Through our camps and activities, we embrace and empower theyouth of Greater Kansas City, regardless of race, income, age, gender, ordisability. A century of cherished memories, transformative experiences, and children’sjoy radiate from these campgrounds and shape our traditions of changinglives one camper, one parent, and one volunteer at a time.
