Hi, I am your Captain, Tim :)I was raised in a farming town within the Mpumalanga province of South Africa. Alwayslooking for an adventure I enjoyed exploring high mountain ranges and being a part of myparents environmental beekeeping company. However after matriculating I looked for a newadventure which led me to travel down to the West Coast and I found my attraction to theocean. While doing my courses I indulged myself in all aspects of the water world, from jet-ski charters to absolutely loving water sports, and my personal favorite, chasing rogue sealsoff of old abandoned yachts that I revamped. Since then I have worked aboard a wholeplethora of catamarans and chartered in beautiful waters such as Greece, Croatia and evenwent through the Corinth Canal but BVI takes the cake as I love all the beautiful snorkelingspots & countless opportunities to explore. After my deckhand role I noticed that my lovefor adventure has linked with charter hosting as I am able to share all the hidden gems,stories and history of the BVI (and many other islands) with our guests in the capacity of aCaptain or as Nikki likes to say, CapTim. Hi, I am your Chef, Nikki :)I was born into a Portuguese/South Africanhousehold and grew up in the farming landsof South Africa. I spent my younger yearsgoing to my grandparents farm to help themtake care of their animals and would oftenfind myself close to a musical instrument.After high school I decided to pursue adiploma in veterinary sciences all while takingup an opportunity in a beauty clinic. Afterachieving my diploma and meeting Timothy Itraveled to the coast to start my yachtingcourses in hopes to work alongside him. Notlong after we were recruited to work upon acatamaran as sole stewardess and deckhandalongside a Captain and Chef couple. Weprovided luxury charters in beautiful waterssuch as Antigua, Croatia, Greece , BVI andMANY MORE. As we were chartering I soonfound my love for cooking food and saw thehappiness that it brings to guests. I decidedto pursue a culinary path of my own.I hope to wow my guests with decorativeplatings mixed with hearty food and smiles.Chef Nikki
