Our technologies in dairy filling4It is the only filling technique which controls the product quantity inside the filled container and not before, as is the case for all other filling technologies. By measuring the weight directly in the container, this technology offers the guarantee that each container is filled with the optimal quantity. Our patented Multiflow nozzle considerably reduces foaming. It is operated by an electromagnet which optimizes each filling cycle according to specific product characteristics. The filling cycle is therefore no longer linear. Capping and heatsealing solutionsBottle transfer technologies Serac designs and assembles various types of heatsealing and capping machines.Depending on the dairy products, it is possible to use hygienic or aseptic heatsealing/capping turret.
