Step 1.To make dressing, place allingredients into a Nutribullet or small foodprocessor and blitz until smooth.Step 2. Use water to thin to just pourableconsistency (so it's not super gloopy andthick). Taste and add the following to taste:salt, pepper, lemon, oil.Step 3. Steam green beans using method ofchoice until soft (I microwave, 5 minutes onhigh). Drain then leave to cool and dry.Step 4. Place remaining salad ingredients ina large bowl with the beans. Drizzle with halfthe Dressing.
