Please pray for this trip. Additionally, we are raising money to help with bathroom construc-tion for the new church plant in Industrial, Chihuahua, Mexico. The Pittsburg Baptist Association’s Partnership with Dr. David Cathey in Turkey is growing. David needs our churches to pray for it and support it financially. The Pittsburg Baptist Association’s partnership in Cambodia with Vanthang Chi and the Bantea Meanchey province Baptist Churches is seeking to provide a women’s retreat oppor-tunity for the ladies in Cambodia. Hopefully some of our women would be interested in going for that purpose. The trip will take place early in January 2025. The cost will be around $3000.00. I need to hear from anyone who is interested ASAP I will have to buy tickets the first of October. The Pittsburg Baptist Association has rescued 11 girls between the ages of 5 and 13 who were sex trafficking victims in India. I will be going in October to figure out the logistics on the ground and how we can help to continue the care and education of these girls. Some of our churches have already given. I will need about 5000.00 to do what we need to do initially there. Please, give if you can. Kiamichi Baptist Assembly This is our camp and we are looking to approve at the next board meeting in September a plan to enclose the Tabernacle with new seating, climate control and new multi-media equipment. We are praying about doing a capital campaign to raise the money within our 5 associations. Estimated cost is somewhere in the neighborhood of $700,000.00. Our churches that own cabins need to go to the Annual meeting at the camp on September 12 at 1:00 pm for meal and meeting. I leave you with the words of the Apostle Peter, “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! According to His great Mercy He has caused us to be born again…” 1 Peter 1:3a INDIA MISSION 11 GIRLS RESCUED FROM HUMAN TRAFFICKING (Pastor’s son in front row) We need approximately $5000.00 for my trip in October to help with the pastors and the girls.
