INFO@SEAMGROUP.COM | SEAMGROUP.COMInfrared Inspection of your facilities electrical system to identify thermal and visual compliance problems. Issues with electrical devices are identified by severity, probable cause, a digital image, a thermal image and the recommended repair actions. All inspected assets are inventoried and baselined for historical trending. Electrical Panel Service provides qualified electricians to safely open and close each of the electrical assets included in the infrared inspection. On-Demand Maintenance provides qualified electricians to address all thermal and compliance problems found during the infrared inspection. This service includes problem close out within the ViewPoint reporting system.Arc Flash Hazard Analysis service determines the amount of energy that could be generated in an arc flash incident. This information is used to define a flash protection boundary and the level of arc-rated apparel and personal protective equipment required. The electrical device information required for the analysis can be collected while panels are opened during the infrared inspection.Combining these offerings in a turnkey bundle provides a cost effective means to increase safety of your personnel and to ensure your systems operate in an efficient, reliable manner.TURNKEY BUNDLE TO REDUCE RISK AND IMPROVED SAFETY

INFO@SEAMGROUP.COM | SEAMGROUP.COMARC FLASH HAZARD ANALYSISEvery 30 minutes, an electrically induced injury occurs with severe results, such as skin burns, respiratory issues, hearing loss, and eye damage. These injuries occur in a fraction of a second due to sudden arc flash. Arc Flash Hazard Analysis services consist of the following: 1. On-site electrical systems equipment assessment 2. Uncover potential correctable issues within the electrical distribution system 3. Determine available short circuit current and interrupting time of each device 4. Calculate the largest incident energy at the specified working distance5. Protective Device Coordination Study6. Recommendations of Reducing Incident Energy7. Determine the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) level 8. Document the results and generate labels to be placed on the equipment.Benefits of an Arc Flash Hazard Analysis: • Adopting the National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA) Standards improves employee safety when working on or near exposed live electrical parts.• Provides location-specific safety information to employees and contractors • Complies with OSHA requirements• National Electrical Code (NEC) Article 110.16 code compliance• Professional Engineer Certifiied

INFO@SEAMGROUP.COM | SEAMGROUP.COMLOCKOUT / TAGOUT (LOTO) PROGRAMGive your employees a set of tools to work safely. Energy sources including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, chemical, thermal, and others can be hazardous to workers. OSHA’s Title 29 CFR 1910.147, and NFPA 70E article 120, are general industry standards focused on addressing the practices and procedures necessary to disable machinery or equipment prior to servicing. Focused on preventing unexpected energization or release of hazardous energy during a maintenance activity that can result in serious injury or death.Lockout is the placement of a lockout device on an energy isolation device, in accordance with an established procedure, ensuring the equipment being controlled cannot be operated until lockout device is removed.Tagout is the placement of a tagout device on an energy isolating device, in accordance with an established procedure, to indicate that the equipment may not be operated until tagout device is removed LOTO Program DevelopmentThe first step is to create a written program that documents the LOTO energy control process within your facility. Each program is custom developed for compliance with the applicable OSHA regulations and standards as well as your company’s specific requirements and policies.

Page 11

INFO@SEAMGROUP.COM | SEAMGROUP.COMAn effective Lockout/Tagout Energy Control Program includes: • Energy Control Procedures (ECP) for affixing appropriate lockout devices and/or tagout devices to energy isolation devices; » PHASE I – Process Review and Data Collection » PHASE II – Energy Control Procedure (ECP) Development » PHASE III – Final Review and Delivery• Trains workers on hazards or hazardous energy and lockout tagout procedures, policies, and equipment • Conducts periodic audits of the system (at least annually). Annual Audit / Reviews are used to verify that ECPs are accurate, and that employees can demonstrate proper energy isolation of equipment to perform servicing and maintenance.LOTO Compliance Gap AssessmentFor companies that have implemented a LOTO program, we offer a LOTO Compliance Gap Assessment (CGA), report and recommendation to close the gap.

INFO@SEAMGROUP.COM | SEAMGROUP.COMCOMBUSTIBLE DUST SAFETY SERVICES Combustible dust lurks as a hidden danger in industrial facilities.Created during the normal course of production at factories, most dust seems like nothing more than a simple housekeeping nuisance – waste that collects on floors and equipment. However, dust can pose a serious threat to worker safety. OSHA is actively inspecting facilities, issuing citations and fines and is creating a regulatory standard for the proper handling of combustible dusts. As the leader in proactive workplace safety, we provide a thorough combustible dust safety program, from auditing and analysis to employee training.COMBUSTIBLE DUST TESTINGNFPA Standards states, “The owner/operator of a facility with potentially combustible dusts shall be responsible for determining whether the materials are combustible or explosible.”Dust is unique and must be tested to accurately develop a plan to reduce the risks associated with combustible dust. Our expert team will design a plan to ensure collection of samples and determine the required tests. Once testing is completed, our team will guide you through the results and discuss the best plan of action.DUST HAZARDS ANALYSIS (DHA)NFPA standards states, “Where dusts are determined to be combustible or explosible, the hazards associated with the dusts shall be assessed and mitigated.”The DHA is a critical step in the mitigation of combustible dust risks and provides a basis for the implementation of other requirements such as engineering controls, operating procedures, training, inspection and testing programs, and management of change programs.
