He is constantly picking up extra work and hasrecently dropped his own plans to support other SAM patches, working awayfrom home. His customer service skills and quality is perfect. Adam was recently visited in-field by Openreach as part of their National Safety& Quality Day. We received outstanding feedback from them regarding Adam.They were extremely impressed with him and his professionalism, quality andorganisation. In particular, his MJ Quinn van which was very well organised withevery piece of tooling and equipment secure, visible and available. 4CELEBRATING EXCELLENCE ON OPENREACHNATIONAL SAFETY & QUALITY DAYAs part of Openreach National Safety & quality day, our team was out in the fieldyesterday with John Duffy from Openreach to observe best practices andcelebrate the commitment of our engineers.we had the pleasure of visiting copper/repair engineer Adam Ainsworth inWolverhampton, whose area manager is mark Boulton. John Duffy later shared hisvisit highlights with Kate Allen, Craig Bowen, and our general manager PaulCoates- praising adam for his outstanding setup and professional conduct.Adam’s van was immaculately organised, demonstrating not only compliance withsafety and quality standards but also a genuine pride in his work. His deepknowledge, proactive attitude, and visible enthusiasm for his role at MJ Quinnstood out throughout the visit. It was also encouraging to hear about Adam’s strongcollaboration with the wider Openreach team.The photos captured during the visit, showcasing Adam’s setup and positiveapproach are a great example of the standards we strive for. By sharing thesenationally, we hope to inspire other engineers across the business to follow his leadand continue upholding the highest levels of quality and professionalism. Myengineer (Joseph) who came out to install full fibrewas polite and courteous, and explained everything indetail. He wore covers on his shoes and consulted withme regarding where I wished for the internal for theinternal box to be positioned. He was meticulous in hiswork and completed the work in under two hours.Before leaving he was meticulous and ensured that Iwas comfortable with the new broadband set up.Thank youExcellent service from Eryk today. Very helpful.Talked through everything and explained what hewas doing so I could understand. Went above andbeyond. Cannot recommend enough. Josh Needham (Installation Engineer) turned upthis morning as arranged. He fully explained whatwas to happen. As I hadn’t had much info fromSky as to what would happen I wasn’t reallysatisfied with how the cabling etc... would look onthe side of my house. After discussion it wasdecided that I would route the cable through theloft and that the full installation and connectionwould take place at a later date.
