Due to past challenges with accountability andexperiences in major cities worldwide, We are unable to book AirBnBs directly. Instead,these arrangements must be managed by the traveler. However, we have access toexceptional vacation and villa rentals through trusted and vetted services. If the visaapplication process seems daunting, we can assist you with these services as needed,ensuring a smooth and stress-free travel experience.How do I pay for my trip?Every supplier has different options for payments. Some offer book now, pay later with adeposit and some require full payment at the time of booking. Once you select optionsand approve your trip in Tern you will be directed to complete credit card authorizationform. If you would like to make installment payments let us know and we make paymentsfor you based on an agreed schedule. All payment details will be discussed thoroughly.We understand that travel dreams can evolve, and we're here to help. Given the bespokenature of our trip planning services, each itinerary is crafted specifically for you. Shouldyou opt for a fresh start, we can certainly accommodate a new direction; however, this willrequire an additional trip planning fee. The fee will be determined based on the complexityof the changes to your travel plans.What if I plan a trip and then decide i want to go in a different direction?Each vacation itinerary is seamlessly packaged to include all the carefully curatedcomponents we've agreed upon. Due to the confidential nature of supplier contracts, we'reunable to provide itemized pricing for individual elements within your package. However,should you wish to make adjustments to your itinerary, we're happy to accommodate. Insuch cases, we'll provide you with a revised total cost for your complete trip.Can my trip itinerary be itemized?After you let us know your total investment and requirements, our job is to find you thebest value for your money.
