This document is property of SATL and contains proprietary information. It may not be shared without written permission.Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM. After hours sample drop-off is available by appointment.SATL canl provide sample containers upon request at no charge. The client pays shipping costs.After issuing the final report, the remaining portions of samples will be stored for 30 days and then disposed. Samples can be kept for longer by customer request, but cannot exceed 3 months total.Reports are sent by email. A hard-copy of the report can be mailed if client requests.SATL offers sampling by a technician for $100.00 per hour, with a minimum of two hours. If sampling services are not required, SATL also offers sample pick-up for $40.00 per pick-up within San Antonio city limits with the exception of pick-ups outside Loop 1604 that include a mileage charge of $0.75 per mile. 24 hour autosampler setup, sample collection, and sample handling are $400/event.Unless otherwise specifically agreed to by San Antonio Testing Laboratory and the client, the information and analyses provided to the client shall be for the sole use of the client.Payment is expected at time of sample drop-off, unless an account has been set up, in which case terms will be net 30 days.
