Then the wine undergoes the Charmat Method, which consists of a natural refermentation in pressurized tanks using selected yeasts. This process, lasting approximately one month, provides refi ned bubbles and preserves the fruity aromas typical of the Prosecco varietal.Alcohol content: 11% by volumeSENSORY PROPERTIES:Color: Bright straw yellow with fi ne bubblesAromas and fl avors: The bouquet is fragrant and bursting with fruit notes. It shows clean aromas of apples, pears, and citrus, accompanied by hints of wisteria.Tasting profi le: Crisp, clean, and delicate with fi ne bubbles on the palate. Intense fl avors of apples and peaches lead to a pleasant fi nish with lingering fruit and fl oral notes.FIRST YEAR OF PRODUCTION: 2010 SERVING SUGGESTIONS:Serving temperature: 45°–48°FPairing: Ideal as an aperitif, but also quite versatile as a food companion. The malolactic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks before aging in French barriques for about 12 months.Bottle ageing: a minimum of 3 monthsAlcohol content: 15%Taing notesColor: intense ruby red.Aroma: intense and intriguing with a complex bouquet of blackberries and established owers that evolves into cinnamon and clove notes.Tasting prole: a rich and enduring wine, with soft tannins and an impressive structure. Why?• Modus is a Latin word which means “method” and with this wine Rufno reinterprets the concept of Supertuscan wine: contemporary way of expressing Tuscany.• The story of Modus begins at the Poggio Casciano Estate in the mid-90s, thanks to its large variety of sun exposures and types of soil, along with the area’s various microclimates.• First introduced in 1997, Modus routinely gains exceptional acclaim from the top wine critics worldwide, such as the presence in Top100 by Wine Spectator in 2010.

The alcoholic fermentation take place in stainless steel vats for 10 days, followed by a maceration on skins of 15 days for Sangiovese, 20 for Merlot and 25 for Cabernet Sauvignon. After the malolactic fermentation, the wine aged in new French barriques for about 18 months.Bottle ageing: a minimum of 3 monthsAlcohol content: 15,5%Taing notesColor: intense ruby red.Aroma: deep bouquet of ripe cherry and orange zest, followed by balsamic notes and spicy notes of sweet tobacco and vanilla.Tasting prole: full, smooth and harmonic on the palate with notes of blackberries and chocolate. Tannins are velvety and silky, the nal is persistent with a hint of spice. Why?• Poggio Casciano Estate is the true birth nest for Modus and a real cru spot to produce Supertuscan wines.• Modus Primo is the evolution of Modus, obtained thorugh the representation of the best that Poggio Casciano’s terroir has to offer for every single vintage.• The three selected vineyards are chosen in order to enhance the quality of every grape: Robbia for Sangiovese, Poggio al Mandorlo for Merlot and Lonchio Nord for Cabernet Sauvignon.SPAZIO PER CERTIFICAZIONI

The characteristic oral note of violet unfurls a more complex bouquet with spicy notes of dark chocolate and black pepper.Tasting prole: Romitorio di Santedame has distinctive sweet tobacco and balsamic notes. It is a balanced wine with elegant tannins supported by nice acidity. Enduring with an impressive structure. Why?• The Santedame Estate is located in the “Golden Basin” known as the Conca d’Oro, where rolling hillsides form a unique micro terroir and where grow a limited number of the nest bunches of grapes.• The Romitorio vineyard combines the best exposition and the highest altitudes within Santedame Estate, therefore both in the oral tradition of the area and in the Rufno experience has always offered unique, concentrated, complex wines.• The vineyard owes its name to the ancient Romitorio, an hermitage that anciently hosted the pilgrims traveling to Rome.SPAZIO PER CERTIFICAZIONISILVER MEDALMUNDUS VINI

MEANDRO DO VALE MEÃORED 2020HARVEST REPORTThe beginning of the Viticultural Year 2020 was very rainy. The accumulatedrainfall from December to April was 420 mm, three times higher than in 2019.The hot and humid conditions of spring were favorable to a precocious vegetativecycle, making the vineyards start their growing season three weeks earlier thanusual. Flowering was affected by occasional rains that interfered with thedevelopment of the bunches.Summer was extremely dry and very hot.On the 23rd and 24th of June, a rapid rise in temperature caused widespreadscalding in the Douro vineyards, with consequent effects on production levels.Several heat waves in June and July further reduced production, which fell by40% compared to the average of recent years. Touriga Franca contributed to thisdecrease, as it was the variety that most suffered the consequences of theaforementioned extreme phenomena.GRAPE VARIETIES50% Touriga Nacional, 35 % Touriga Franca, 10% Tinta Roriz, 4% Tinta Barroca and1% Alicante BouschetVINIFICATIONAfter being crushed, the grapes were cooled down and trodden by foot duringfour hours in granite lagares and then transferred to small refrigerated stainlesssteel vinifying vats. Each grape variety is vinified separately. This wine was maturedin second and third year French Allier oak barriques for 14 months.TASTING NOTESDeep concentrated red color. Floral scents combined with red fruit aromas. Veryexpressive on the palate with intense fruit notes, showing a long, very fresh andcomplex after taste.F. Olazabal & Filhos, Lda. Ca’ Montini Single Vineyard Pinot GrigioTerre Di ValfreddaTrentinoCa’ Montini is single vineyard premium Pinot Grigio DOC crafted to showcase the quality and winemaking history of Trentino. The wine is crafted with fruit grown in the highly prized Terre Di Valfredda vineyard, named after the small valley in which it lies known by the locals as Valfredda or “Cold Valley”. The ideal conditions for ripening Pinot Grigio are provided by the surrounding mountains and perfect east/west exposure of the vineyard. The Ca’ Montini project was conceived under the direction of acclaimed award winning winemaker Riccardo Cotarella and his technical staff to demonstrate that with discerning site selection, vineyard management and winemaking Trentino can produce prestigious wines of authenticity and excellence. Wine NotesCa’ Montini is a welcome surprise from the innocuous and uninteresting Pinot Grigio often found in the mainstream market. The wine is lemony fresh and breezy on the nose, with aromas of wet stone, apricot, pear, and Maraschino cherry. Bone-dry and mineral-laden on the palate, it presents fresh squeezed lemon juice with just a hint of green apple skin.Menu PairingsThe structure and elegance of the wine allow it to pair well with a variety of dishes including fish, white meats, soups, pasta and risotto. Excellent with typical Pinot Grigio pairings, this wine is also able to stand up to dishes with dense sauces and egg bases making it the Perfect Steakhouse White.Varietal Mix100% Pinot GrigioArea of ProductionAla (Trentino, Valle del Adige)Alcohol Content12.5%Dry Extract22.7pH3.41Acidity5.7 g/lWinemakingHand harvested grapes are soft pressed and undergo cold maceration with no malolactic fermentation.©2017 Imported from Italy by Enovation Brands, Inc., Miami, FL 33180EnovationBrands.com camontini.itPlease Enjoy Ca’ Montini Responsibly

Not Just a Wine,But a True Southern ExperienceThey said it couldn’t be done, but to create a new experience you must do something that’s never been done before; so, when the winemaker saw how well Malbec grows in Puglia, he challenged tradition and married it with Primitivo. The result is Ronco di Sassi, a unique southern blend of two grapes typically associated with two different hemispheres.Vintage: 2021Region: Puglia IGTBlend: 78% Primitivo, 22% MalbecAging: Small French and American Oak BarrelsABV: 14.5%Size/Case Pack: 6, 750mlThis wine blends together Primitivo and Malbec grapes for a combination of flavors that are the best of both varietals. The jammy red berries and baking spices of Primitivo with layered notes of dark blueberry and blackberry from the Malbec. Hints of , black raspberry compote, cocoa, and vanilla lead to an enticingly smooth finish. Pair with slow-cooked meats, roasted vegetables, or hard cheeses.96 Pts Luca Maroni

Density: 5.500/6.600 plants/haExposure: South, south-west/south, south-east Training: spurred cordon and guyotSOILSangiovese is grown on a calcareous clay soil, commonly known as Alberese. Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot are planted on the loamy soils close to the Arbia river valley.GROWING SEASONAutumn was very rainy and quite cold. Winter was mild and not particularlyrainy. Spring therefore continued with average temperatures and scarce rainfall.Summer arrived on time with the solstice starting, as early as June 20th, torecord maximum temperatures above 86°F. Finally, the month of Octoberdisplayed all its typical characteristics: lower temperatures during the night, analternation of rainy and sunny days, which produced grapes of excellent quality.HARVESTGrapes were harvested from end of September to mid-October 2020.WINEMAKINGAfter racking, all three grapes are fermented in steel tanks for two weeks.AGEINGAgeing takes place over 8-9 months in tonneaux of second and third passage.TECHNICAL DATAAlcohol: 14% Vol. Total Acidity: 5,46 g/lpH: 3,44 Non-Reducing Extract: 28,98 g/lTotal Polyphenols (in Gallic acid ): 2304 mg/l

BROLIO 2019SANGIOVESE 80%, MERLOT 15%, CABERNET SAUVIGNON 5%CHIANTI CLASSICO DOCGVINEYARDThe vineyards which produce the grapes for the Brolio label are planted in five geological areas at an elevation between 280 meters to 480 meters (919 to 1, 575 feet high) and with different exposures. Vineyard soils vary greatly but all are strewn with stony fragments adding mineral richness. This exalts the structure of the Chianti Classico vintage.GROWING SEASONThe 2018-2019 vintage followed yet another seasonal trend of its own. The autumn featured mild temperatures and slightly less rain than usual in that period of the year. Winter started off quite mild as well, then in January came on the scene in its traditional guise, with temperatures below zero and heavy snowfall at the end of that month. Spring began with rising temperatures, but in May these plummeted with lows below 7-8°C accompanied by daily rains. This combination of factors had a major impact on the flowering of the plants, favoring the formation of more open bunches, especially in the Sangiovese grapes. From early June, a fairly dry and warm period began, with maximum temperatures often above 35°C, but interspersed occasionally by short and intense rains. The Sangiovese grapes were harvested from the end of September to the middle of October.WINEMAKINGIn stainless steel at controlled temperature of 24°C-27°C (75.2°-80.6°F) with 14-16 days of skin contact.AGEING9 months in tonneaus of second and third passage

SurSur 2020 Fresh and Original Collection: Pleasant wines with Sicilian soul. A fresh and informal Grillo with a youthful spirit, SurSur 2020 is characterized by a fragrant bouquet of white fleshed fruit combined with pleasant floral nuances. DENOMINATION: Sicilia Doc Grillo GRAPES: Grillo PRODUCTION ZONE: south-west Sicily, Contessa Entellina estate and neighboring areas and in the hilly hinterland between Marsala and Salemi ( Baiata, Alfaraggio, Pioppo district). TERRAINS & CLIMATE: altitude from 200 to 600 m a.m.s.l. (656- 1,312 ft); hilly orography; clay loam soils with a sub-alkaline reaction (pH 7.5 to 7.9) rich in nutritive elements (potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron, manganese, zinc) and total limestone from 20 to 35%. Mild winters with little rainfall. Warm, dry, ventilated summers. Substantial differences between day and night-time temperatures. VINEYARD: VSP (Vertical Shoot Positioning) training with spurred cordon pruning, leaving 6 to 10 buds per plant. Density 4,500 - 6,000 plants/hectare (1,822-2,429 an acre), with yields of 7.5 - 8.5 tons/ha (3.0 - 3.4 tons/acre).VINTAGE: at Contessa Entellina in the heart of western Sicily, the 2020 vintage was less precipitous, with 437 mm of rain compared to the average of 647 mm*. Much of the precipitation was in winter and spring, while the summer was quite dry. The careful management of agronomic practices, from pruning to thinning through to the choice of different harvesting times, ensured that the grapes were healthy and well ripened; compared to the average of the last few years the production was slightly lower and the harvest took place 5-10 days early. The 2020 vintage brought to life white wines of good aromatic intensity and excellent acid structure. *The precipitation data are collected by SIAS, Sicilian Agrometeorological Service; the rainfall recorded from October 1st to September 30th of the following year is taken into account; the average is calculated starting from the 2003 harvest. HARVESTING: The Grillo for the production of SurSur was harvested between last decade of August and the first of September. VINIFICATION: Fermentation: in stainless steel, at a temperature of 14-16°C (57-61° F). Aging in tanks for two months and then at least three months in bottle before release. ANALYSIS DATA: alcohol 12.85 % ABV - total acidity 5.3 g/l - pH 3.22. TASTING NOTES (20/01/2021): brilliant straw yellow, on the nose SurSur 2020 offers a fresh bouquet with notes of white fleshed fruit (peach and cantaloupe melon) combined with scents of wildflowers and mint. The fruity notes resurface on the palate with pleasant freshness and smoothness. AGING POTENTIAL: to be enjoyed within 3 years. FOOD & WINE: it matches perfectly with seafood appetizers, vegetarian first courses and roast fish. Try also with grilled white meats and fresh goat cheese. Serve in tulip glasses of medium size and height, it can be uncorked at time of serving, excellent at 9–11°C. WHEN YOU DESIRE TO: Brighten your day in a pleasant and original way. Spoil yourself with a daily dose of luxury. Share a discovery with friends. DIALOGUE WITH ART: Grillo is an ancient autochthonous Sicilian grape variety, but it is also a cute little animal (the cricket) that brings good luck. The name sur sur, that means cricket, comes from the classical Arabic language which was once also spoken in Sicily. The voice of spring, with its scents and colors, is depicted on the label. It shows Gabriella (founder of Donnafugata, with her husband Giacomo) as a girl in flight, running barefoot through the flowers and fresh grass, following the singing of crickets that sounds sweet to her ears, like a thousand “SurSur… ". FIRST VINTAGE: 2012.

It can be uncorked at the moment if served in large glasses, with a wide mouth and good height. Excellent at 18 °C (64° F).Dialogue with creativity: the name Tancredi recalls one of the protagonists of the Leopard, an inexhaustible source of inspiration also for Dolce&Gabbana; in the novel and in the lm of the same name, Tancredi is the favorite nephew of the Prince of Salina, precisely because of his charm and ability to adapt to changes. With a passionate and irrefutably Sicilian character, Tancredi was born in 1990 from an innovative blend for that era of a native grape variety with an international one. Dolce&Gabbana has created the coordinated image of this “revolutionary” wine, paying homage precisely to the Leopard, and in particular to the contrast between tradition and modernity that Tancredi summarizes in itself: while gold, blue and lines sinuous of Baroque inspiration celebrate the splendor of the aristocracy now in decline, red, green and pointed geometric gures refer to the new revolutionary values that are emerging in Sicily after the unication of Italy and which prelude to the contemporary history of the island. First vintage: 1990.

The “Crazy-head” "Testamatta” – “crazy-head” in Italian - is the best word to describe Bibi Graetz: a positive, creative and passionate person. Testamatta wine expresses the purity, minerality and transparency of Sangiovese from old vines on the top of the hills characterized by soils rich of stones. A Supertuscan made with 100% Sangiovese, result of the combination of tradition and creativity. Winemaker’s Tasting Notes Sangiovese 100% “2020 is the year of destiny! It’s like when all the stars are aligned, all the planets are aligned. What I really love of the fruit of Testamatta is this incredible strawberries felling mixed with aroma of vanilla, kind of whipped-cream with strawberries! It has an incredible freshness, this is the real beauty of Testamatta 2020. This is the highest level of perfection ever reached.” Bibi Graetz Vintage 2020 Three new elements characterize the 2020 vintage. One is the climate, which gave us a powerful vintage. Our best vineyards have never expressed their self so well as in 2020. The new vineyards in Olmo, which brought an incredible freshness to the wines. It has a magic terroir at 420m high. The third element is the new winery in Fiesole in which we managed to work in more evolved and comfortable way. We have now all the tools we need for creating the Testamatta and Colore that we want. In 2020 the growing season was generally warm. After a mild winter, spring started with rains just before the flowering allowing the water supply of the plants. Summer came quickly with high temperatures and drought but fortunately cool nights brought refreshing breezes which helped to preserve both the grapes acidity and aromatic character. Some rainy days before the harvest allowed to reach the ripening of the grapes. The harvest started on September 24th and finished October 15th. Vinification and Ageing The grapes of Testamatta were selected from the best 6 vineyards of the winery: Vincigliata, Olmo, Londa, Lamole, Montefili and Siena. Each vineyard, divided in parcels, is harvested up to 8 times, making sure all the grapes are picked at the perfect ripening point. The hand-picked grapes, selected in the vineyards firstly and later for the second time at the winery, are destemmed and then softly pressed. The fermentations are conducted by natural and indigenous yeasts, in open top barriques (225L) for the smaller parcels of the vineyards and in 50hl cask or stainless steel tanks for the larger plots, with 6 manual punch-down and pump-over per day. After 7-10 days of maceration, the different parcels are moved into old barriques and 50hl casks for 20 months.

CRASTO RED 2018AppellationDouroViticultural YearAer the hot and dry year of 2017, the winter of 2018 brought little relief in terms of precipitation. In fact, there was hardly any rain at all from October 2017 until February 2018. Then, the first rains began late in the month and continued in abundance until mid-June. The spring was wet and mild in temperature, which led to considerable problems with mildew between flowering and fruit set. This was an unusual problem for most Douro Valley grape growers. We had to ready to act at precisely the right moment, as there was no margin of error in controlling for vineyard health. At the end of July came the veraison, and the grapes began to ripen. August was hot and dry. Thankfully, the spring rains had le soil water reserves that allowed the vines to do their job and produce an excellent canopy. Outstanding grape ripeness was the result. Cold nights and hot, dry September days allowed late-ripening grape varieties such as Touriga Franca to reach excellent levels of ripeness. The 2018 harvest began with the arrival of the first white grapes from Quinta do Crasto on August 29, and we wrapped up on October 14 with the last grapes from the highest altitude vineyards. On balance, 2018 brought exceptional balance and freshness to our white wines; our reds turned out concentrated, with outstanding structure and freshness, and clearly defined aromas. Grape VarietiesTouriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca and Tinta BarrocaWinemakingGrapes are taken to the winery in 22 kg boxes. Aer a rigorous selection, the stalks are removed and the grapes are crushed and transferred to stainless steel vats. The nose shows excellent aroma intensity, with fresh aromas of wild fruits well integrated with elegant floral notes. The palate starts in an appealing way, evolving into a wine with excellent volume and a structure made of a matrix of velvety tannins. NOZZOLEChianti Classico Riserva DOCG 2019Italy / TuscanyLocated north of the village of Greve in the heart of the Chianti Classico region, the Nozzole estate covers a striking, rugged, mountainous area of about 1,000 acres at 984 feet in elevation. In order to obtain concentration and complexity in the wine, yields are kept low. The grapes are hand harvested, destemmed and crushed. Fermentation is initiated on the skins intemperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by a maceration period to draw out color and tannins. The wine isracked into stainless steel tanks for malolactic fermentation before aging in oak vats and in bottle before release. The wine isbottled on the estate.TASTING NOTECrisp, ripe, red berry and cherry aromas and flavors and earthy undernotes are shaped by vibrant, fresh acidity and abackbone of firm yet elegant tannins.TECHNICAL DATAGRAPES: 100% SangioveseAPPELLATION: Chianti Classico Riserva DOCGABV: 14%AGING: 24 months in oak barrels and 3 months in bottleUNIQUE SELLING POINTSA classic, traditional Chianti from the Folonari family, making wine since the 1700sMatured in oak barrelsEstate bottled, from a highly regarded estateOn land that has supported winegrapes for sevencenturies, Tenuta di Nozzole produces wines thatrespect both tradition and innovation.

POINTS OF DISTINCTIONA “Super Tuscan” blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet SauvignonMatured in oak and bottle before releaseAmbrogio Folonari and his son Giovanni are counted amongTuscany’s top winemakers, presiding over seven estates ineach of Tuscany’s primary areas of production.TENUTE DEL CABREOIl Borgo Toscana IGT 201REGION: Italy / Tuscany GRAPES: 70% Sangiovese, 30% Cabernet SauvignonCabreo Il Borgo debuted in 1985 with its 1982 vintage. Just above Greve in the Chianti region, the Cabreo holdings include 124acres planted to Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon grown to produce Il Borgo. Chianti’s famed stony soils are ideal formaking wines with great aging potential. At 984 feet in elevation, the densely planted vineyards produce low yields of grapeswith concentration and complexity. Fermentation at controlled temperature with extended maceration enhances the wine’s richbody, color and texture. After malolactic fermentation, the wines are blended and matured in oak barrels and spend at least sixmonths in bottle before release. The word borgo refers to a small village, Montefioralle, that overlooks the vineyards.HARVEST NOTETuscany experienced a fairly frigid winter, in absence of snow and rains below average. The vegetative growth has beenanticipated by a surprising spring, very hot and untimely. Given the hot temperatures, the flowering took place quickly andwithout interference. The season continued with high temperatures for some periods of the summer, alternating some rains.The vineyards, which enjoy a good maturity and an excellent balance during all the phases of the year, well endured the dryseason. Sangiovese, which could be prone to damage caused by drought, did not suffer thanks to irrigations, taking water fromthe two lakes inside the estate. September started with sunny days alternated with some rains which brought to a very goodtechnological and phenolic maturity which was able to guarantee structured and elegant wines, faithful expression of thevintage.TASTING NOTEThis wine, characterized by complex and charming aromas, stands out for its fresh and crispy fruit taste, with a silky finish anda great persistence.TECHNICAL DATAAPPELLATION: Toscana IGTPH: 3.5ACIDITY: 5.30 g/LABV: 14%AGING: 24 months in barrique and 6 months in bottleRESIDUAL SUGAR: < 1.0 g/l

CAMPO AL MAREBolgheri DOC 2020Italy / TuscanyThe Bolgheri DOC, on the western edge of Tuscany bordering the Tirrhenian sea, came to the world’s attention in the 1990sfor its quality. The area’s exceptional climate is moderated by sea breezes, and the vineyards’ clay and sand soils are ideal forMerlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. The delicate Merlot is picked during the first half of September, whilerobust Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot are harvested in the second half of the month. Grazedby a late frost that, however, left no significant damage. Flowering developed at the turn of May and June, resulting insmall clusters, which shortly thereafter took shape, becoming clusters of the new production. NARDIBrunello di Montalcino DOCG 201Italy / TuscanyTenute Silvio Nardi’s classic Brunello is a blend of the finest grapes from the Manachiara and Casale del Bosco estates. SilvioNardi follows the strict DOCG laws required of a classified Brunello di Montalcino. Yield is limited; only the top 70% of thegrapes is used to make the wine. The fruit is carefully handpicked and sorted. Fermentation and maceration takes at least 24days (varies with parcel) at controlled temperature of less than 86°F. Aged for 12 months in new and used French oakbarriques (Allier) before 18 months in large Slavonian oak barrels. Bottle aged at least 12 months before release.HARVEST NOTEThe year began with very little rain and moderate temperatures. Precipitation continued to be scarce through the spring. Mayconsisted of cooler temperatures, which rose steadily throughout the month. The vines showed excellent vegetativeconditions. Precipitation continued to be scarce in June. The maximum temperatures were above 86°F, but then fell sharplyin the last five days of the month, when the only significant rainfall of the month occurred. The rather cool nights of Julypartly offset the water shortage. In August little rain was concentrated around the 13th, with a total of about 0.4 inches.Temperatures were high, especially in the first part of the month. The temperature range allowed adequate ripening, withgood pigmentation of the skins, concentrating the aromas and dry extract, which are ideal characteristics for the productionof high-quality grapes. Moderate temperatures and rainfall in day/night temperature differences remained significant. Theseconditions, combined with good ventilation, allowed the harvesting of healthy grapes with important organolepticcharacteristics.TASTING NOTEIntense ruby red color with garnet highlights. Clean, sophisticated, intense and complex aromas, rich in evolved overtomes, with hints of anise, ripe wild berries, and a light touch of vanilla. REGION: Italy / Piedmont / Barbera d'AstiGRAPES: 100% BarberaMichele Chiarlo sources grapes from strictly selected Barbera vineyards with excellent exposure to produce asuperb, balanced wine. The choice vineyards are in the southern area of Asti province, especially the hills aroundNizza Monferrato. Temperature controlled maceration and fermentation on the skins for 10 days in stainless steeltanks yields the dark, rich color that is typical of great Barberas. The wine is aged in large French oak casks for 3months then rests in stainless steel and in bottle before release for a total of 16 months aging.HARVEST NOTEThis vintage saw an interesting climatic trend. The winter and early spring were mild and dry, with only a coupleof moderate snowfalls. On the other hand, April and May experienced heavy rain that delayed vegetativedevelopment and flowering, followed by a hot and dry month of June. July began with abundant rain that allowedfor gradual maturation during the hot and dry summer season, which did not register extreme temperatures.Yield was particularly poor, and the ripening period was characteristic of a classic vintage: these were the idealconditions that enabled a high-quality harvest. The Barbera grapes were collected from September 22nd toOctober 10th depending on the exposure of the vineyards, a time frame matching those of great classic vintages.TASTING NOTERuby red in color with hues of violet. MICHELE CHIARLOTortoniano Barolo DOCG 201Italy / PiedmontTortoniano is named for the tortonian-era soils in which the vines are planted, which contain a high percentage of magnesiumand manganese. Grape clusters are thinned and harvested up to 15 days later than usual so that the fruit attains higherconcentration. Temperatures are strictly controlled during vinification and the wine is aged for two years in large oak casksand one year in bottle before release.HARVEST NOTE2017 was characterized by a long summer with very little rainfall. In the vineyard, we adopted agronomic practices thatallowed us to keep the soil moist and preserve the freshness of the grapes. We have done extraordinary work on the soil tooxygenate the roots and we maintained leaf coverage to prevent sunlight from directly hitting on the bunches. To maintainelegance, freshness and avoid excessive alcohol content, we brought the harvest forward by about ten days (September 25)versus the normal start in early October. 2017 can be compared to vintages such as 2007 or 2011 in terms of climate andorganoleptic characteristics. Harmonious flavor is present in the early stage thanks to the combination of the soft and silkytannins that are already present in a wine with an important structure but also with complex aromas and excellent longevity.TASTING NOTEGarnet color with brilliant luminous hues. The nose is inviting and complex with notes of rose petals , juniper berries and finespices. Prestige Wine Imports Corp. - www.prestigewineimports.com - 212.229.0080 Capitel de Roari Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG Located within Valgatara, in the heart of Valpolicella Classico, the Luigi Righetti estate is a family-run winery with deep roots & charm. Since 1909, when Angelo Righetti first earned a reputation as an outstanding winemaker, the family has focused on producing quality wines while offering great value. Righetti's wines exhibit an exceptional balance between fruit, wood aging, acidity and alcohol. Gian Maria Righetti is the fifth generation within the Righetti family to carry on the family, wine-making tradition. Gian Maria's father, Luigi, took over winemaking in the 40's and was the first in the family to consider production beyond supply of local demand. Today, he is still active in the estate's day to day operation. Gian Maria, who took over winemaking responsibilities in 1985, has broadened the line to include single vineyard offerings and wines with international appeal. Capitel de Roari is a premium Amarone, coming from the best grape selection, and receiving delicate oak treatment. This is a well-balanced Amarone that still exhibits much of the dark fruit flavors, earth and meaty components expected of Valpolicella. The grapes are picked in bunches during the month of September, and placed on mats to dry until January, February. The wine is then placed in steel basins until July or August. It is then aged for 3 years, partly in oak barrels and partly in French barriques. BRAND STORY:Riva de la Rosa, or “shore of the rose,” is a collection of classic white wines from some of the most renowned areas in Italy. Roses have always been closely linked to winemaking. These delicate flowers offer winemakers early warnings against disease, as they share the same soil and sun requirements. This allows winemakers to take necessary precautions to protect the vines from damage.Italy’s rose-lined vineyards share proximity to saltwater coastlines – the glorious Mediterranean, Ionian, Adriatic, Tyrrhenian, and Ligurian seas. There are powerful coastal influences on each vineyard, with sea breezes and mineral-rich soils providing incredible minerality and salinity to the wines.KEY SELLING POINTS: • All wineries are family-owned• Environmentally friendly with lighter glass bottle (logo included)• Dynamic package for on and off premise brand-building KEY TAKEAWAYS• Diverse regions represented with white-varietal focus• Unique all-white grape brandàdriving the category • Fresh current vintages for bright and crisp offerings• Great price point for retail AND BTG business

Grillo is Sicily’s most recognizable white native varietal. An ancient grape variety, a cross between Moscato and Catarratto, results in a wine with concentrated and complex aromasVINTAGE DESCRIPTION: VINTAGE DESCRIPTION: The 2021 vintage was characterized by extremely hot temperatures and drought. Beginning with a mild and dry winter, spring was warm with little rainfall. Rainfall ceased completely from March to September and temperatures were extremely high. Tenuta Regaleali’s Catarratto grapes were harvested by hand on the 21st of September and fermented at the winery within hours of picking.WINE HIGHLIGHTS: This unique monovarietal wine is produced by blending grapes that are harvested in early fall, instilling freshness and hints of minerality into the wine, and grapes that are harvested a bit later, which provide structure and depth. An expressive Grillo both in the nose and on the palate, this wine exhibits notes of nectarine, citrus and white melon with floral undertones that lead into a deep, slightly savory finish.Acquired by the Tasca d’Almerita family in 1830, Tenuta Regaleali is the Tasca’s flagship estate located in the highlands of central Sicily. Cultivators and caretakers of native Sicilian varietals for generations, Tascahas received outstanding recognitions for their dedication to sustainability including the noteworthy “Winery of the Year” award by Wine Enthusiast (2019) and the laudable Robert Parker Green Emblem in 2021.

Estate-grown in the oldest single vineyard block known as ‘San Lucio,’ the Rosso del Conte is aged for 18 months in new French oak and will age exceptionally well over time.VINTAGE DESCRIPTION: The 2017 vintage was characterized by a mild, dry winter, followed by a cool spring and summer with sporadic, but well-distributed rainfall. The important hydric reserves produced by the cool summer rains ensured a slow phenolic maturation, resulting in high quality clusters during harvest.WINE HIGHLIGHTS: On the nose this wine exhibits notes of Mediterranean scrub, flowers and forest berries, combined with hints of leather, hay and coffee. Toasty notes of oak also expressed in the nose thanks to the wine’s careful aging in fine-grained French oak barrels with a medium+ toast. On the palate, this wine is at once elegant and structured, with intense aromas and a long, complex finish. Well-defined aromas, good acidity and a noble tannin structure ensure the 2017 Rosso del Conte will be capable of long bottle aging. Acquired by the Tasca d’Almerita family in 1830, Tenuta Regaleali is the Tasca’s flagship estate located in the highlands of central Sicily. A wine, which the Ceretto family believes has “defined an era,” the Blangè revolutionized winemaking in the Langhe—a region previously predominantly devoted to red wine production.Grown in a highly distinctive region known as the Roero, the Ceretto family’s objective is to improve the varietal recognition of Arneis on the world stage.VINIFICATIONBlangè combines organic practices in the vineyard with a modern style of winemaking. Considered a still white wine, Blangè is made in a unique manner. A natural level of dissolved CO2 is left in the wine upon bottling to present a light spritz upon opening. This “spritz” of CO2 is endogenous, being produced naturally by the yeast during the alcoholic fermentation. By cooling the tanks to 0 degrees, fermentation is stopped, a slight pressure (below 0.5 bar) is retained and 4–5 grams of residual sugar is left per liter. SERVING SUGGESTIONSWhen serving Blangè, winemaker Alessandro Ceretto routinely reminds consumers of Henry’s law of dissolved gases and their associated pressure (where the perception of CO2 is closely linked to the temperature of a wine when it is served) and Alessandro recommends enjoying this wine a bit colder than most white wines.TASTING NOTESFruit-forward with clean minerality and a balanced freshness on the palate, versatility is the trademark of Ceretto’s Arneis. Enjoyable with a wide variety of food and on its own by the glass, the 2021 Blangé exhibits enjoyable notes of green apple, ripe peach and Bartlett pear.

After two years ageing in oak barrels and large oak casks, the blocks are then blended and balance is achieved. Alessandro is striving for “a perfect harmony and expression of Nebbiolo, and also it has to be delicious.“ This wine is a true classical expression of the DOCG Barbaresco, an area known for its structure and elegance.VINIFICATION Fermented with native yeasts, Ceretto’s Barbaresco goes through soft punch-downs and pump-overs during its traditional cap-fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Alcoholic fermentation is followed by a 15–20 day maceration and malolactic fermentation is performed in oak barrels. Upon completion of ML, the wine is then aged one year in neutral 300L French oak barrels, a second year in large 50HL oak casks and an additional year in bottle before release.TASTING NOTESThis 2019 Barbaresco is bright and vivid. Aromas of crushed red fruit, tobacco, rose petals and white peppers are shown in the glass. The soft tannins and acidity give a lot of vibrancy to this wine and makes it elegant and also quite promising. 2019BARBARESCO D.O.C.G.Treiso and Barbaresco

APPELLATION: BAROLO D.O.C.G. COMMUNE: Barolo, La Morra, Serralunga d’Alba e Castiglione Falletto VAR I ET Y: 100% NebbioloALTITUDE: 230–270 MetersAVERAGE AGE OF VINES: 30–35 yearsFIRST YEAR OF PRODUCTION: 1962ALCOHOL: 14.5%CASES IMPORTED: 1,800 12/750ml FOR M AT: 750mlCrafted from a blend of select vineyard sites located within the DOCG Barolo, the idea of combining the unique flavor profiles vinified from the different sub-zones of this admired appellation has always been the original concept of a great Barolo. The most classic producers typically avoided putting the individual expression of a single vineyard ahead of the blend, championing the idea of coherence and integration of a blend. In Ceretto’s flagship Barolo, two ‘souls’ of the appellation are brought together to provide balance—the gentler side from the hillside vines grown in the Tortonian soils surrounding La Morra and Barolo and the more austere and masculine side, coming from vines grown in the typical Helvetian soil found in Serralunga d’Alba.Vintage after vintage winemaker Alessandro Ceretto attempts to express the full potential of Barolo, providing consumers a rich and virile wine, able to be enjoyed young or after it is fully evolved, a wine for the those who are truly passionate about Barolo.VINIFICATION Fermented with native yeasts, Ceretto’s Barolo goes through soft punch-downs and pump-overs during its traditional cap-fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Alcoholic fermentation is followed by a 20–25 day maceration and malolactic fermentation is performed in oak barrels immediately following harvest. Upon completion of ML, the wine is then aged for three years: the first in neutral 300L barrels and the remaining two years in large 50HL oak casks. In addition to barrel aging, the wine is also always aged for a minimum of one additional year in bottle before release.TASTING NOTESThe 2018 Barolo has rich notes of sweet red fruit and hints of tobacco on the nose. The soft tannins and balanced acidity keeps the wine radiant. A complete joy on its own by-the-glass or when paired with a myriad of simple or rich foods. 2018BAROLO D.O.C.G.Barolo, La Morra, Serralunga d’Alba e Castiglione Falletto

2021Sant o Stefano Belbo and CalossoMOSCATO D’ASTI D.O.C.GBruno and Marcello Ceretto founded I Vignaioli di Santo Stefano in the birthplace of their father, Riccardo, along with Giancarlo Scavino and five other friends from the local wine industry in 1976. Their objective was to elevate the image of Moscato d’Asti. Today only the Ceretto & Scavino families continue the superior winemaking tradition their fathers had originally championed and together they farm just over 74 acres of Moscato and lease the San Maurizio Estate, a prestigious hillside area of approximately 37 acres in the municipality of Santo Stefano Belbo. V I NI FI CATI ON• In order to make a Moscato of supreme quality, and to preserve the varietals delicate nuances, the wine is carefully processed both in the vineyard and in the winery. • The harvested grapes from different blocks are initially kept separate. First, they each undergo a gentle pressing and the resulting must is left to decant in stainless steel tanks for several hours. • Following decantation, the must is transferred to another tank where the temperature is lowered to 35–37°F to preserve the natural aromas and flavors and to prevent fermentation from starting naturally. Once all the lots are at this point, the desired lots are then blended to create a single wine in the trademark Ceretto style. • After blending, temperature-controlled fermentation at 60–64°F begins in pressurized stainless steel tanks until the alcohol level reaches desired level of 5.5%. This is the phase in which the perlage, or fizz, typical of Moscato is produced, obtained by trapping the CO2, a natural by-product of fermentation. Finally, gentle filtration ensures a bright, clear and stable wine that will subsequently be bottled (in Ceretto’s highly recognizable hoc bottle shape) at a very low temperature, in order to preserve the wines wonderful aromas, flavors and texturesTASTI NG NOTESThis lively and aromatic wine is pleasing on the nose with aromas of yellow peaches, apricots and white flowers. The bubbles on the palate are refined and help elevate subtle aromas and flavors found in the nose and palate. At once fragrant and alluring, this is a sweet wine that has an excellent balance between sugar and acidity. Low in alcohol and best when served very sold, this 2021 Mosaco d’Asti is meant to be enjoyed both as an aperitif or as a dessert wine.A P P EL LATION: MOSCA TO D ’ASTI D .O.C .G.VI N EYA RD S I TES : Santo Stefano Belbo and CalossoVA RI ETY: 100% MoscatoA CRES: 103 AcresA V ERA GE AGE OF V I NES: 30 y earsFI RST YEA R O F P RO DUCTI ON: 1978FO RM A T: 750ml & 375mlA L CO HOL : 5.5%CA SES I M PORTED: 2,756 12/750ml & 4,335 12/375ml

Bottle-ageing before release on the market2020 vintage began with mild temperatures and a rather dry winter, leading to early budding. Snowfall episodes during spring, especially at the end of April, slowed the growth of the shoots, restoring temporal equilibrium for the subsequent phenological phases. In May, during owering, the plants had well-developed leaf walls. The dry summer triggered a conservative development of the vines thanks to which they did not show symptoms of water and thermal stress. The harvest began at the end of August, with a sunny and dry climate.Bright and glossy ruby red in colour. Terras (Land) Gauda (Happiness) was founded in 1990 by theFonseca family in the southern-most region of Rías Baixas, O Rosal.Considered to be one of Rías Baixas’ most emblematic wineries,Terras Gauda routinely produces award-winning white wines madesolely from estate-grown fruit. Many attribute the estate with beingresponsible for the advancement and development of the appellationas a whole, due to its sincere dedication to quality control andpreserving the native grape varieties of Galicia.Rías BaixasO’ROSALDenominacíon de OrixeVineyards and WinemakingLocated on the Atlantic coast, just above Portugal, with a mild, maritimeclimate and expansive coastline estuaries, Rías Baixas shares the samemineral-rich soils and cool climate as renowned white wine-producingregions, including France’s Loire Valley and the Rhine region ofGermany. The O Rosal sub-region with its unique, iron-rich schist soilsand closer proximity to the Atlantic Ocean, is known for producing moremineral, quality-driven wines than other parts of the appellation.Comprising a proprietary blend of Albariño, Loureiro & Caiño Blanco, each variety is said to add something special to the Terras Gauda ORosal. Albariño contributes notes of citrus and fresh tropical fruit,Loureiro provides important floral aromatic intensity and Caíño Blanco, aromas of ripe orchard and tropical fruit, great structure and character.Individual grape clusters were harvested by hand and after a pre-fermentary cold maceration of each individual varietal, alcoholicfermentation was then conducted using a natural yeast strain selectedfrom the estate’s vineyards. The resulting wine was aged over lees for 3–4 months and then lightly filtered and cold stabilized before bottling.VARIETAL: 70% Albariño, 23% Caíño Blanco and 7% LoureiroAPPELLATION: D.O. Temperatures were highthroughout the cycle of vine and a light rainfall in September helpedalleviate the hydric stress of the vineyards. Albariño was the first to beharvested by the Terras Gauda team between the 9–14thof September, followed by Loureiro, which is planted on a higher elevation site and washarvested between the 15-16thof September. The inimitable CaiñoBlanco was harvested last, between the 16–21stof September, roundingout the three varietals that comprise this unique blend.Tasting NotesThe 2022 Terras Gauda O Rosal is an exemplary bottling of a trulystellar Spanish white wine. Full-bodied with soft acidity, this wine is livelyon the palate, with predominant flavors of ripe peaches, tangerines andorange peel, coupled with delicate earthy notes and floral undertones. Awell-rounded Galician white wine, hints of mint and a soft creaminessculminate on the finish, providing a fresh, youthful and vibrant mouthfeel. At once complex and easy to drink, the estate suggests serving this winebetween 10°C to 12°C (50°F–53°F), and serving it with seafood, cream-based dishes or dishes with rich sauces including Asian food and mealsthat include a combination of chicken and rice.2022

Brand HistoryOwned by the Fonseca family of Galicia, Spain, Quinta Sardonia was founded in 1998 by famed winemaker Peter Sisseck. Peter designed and supervised the creation of Quinta Sardonia, planting select red Bordeaux varietals just outside of the D.O. Ribera del Duero, ensuring he and the winery’s future winemaker would not be bound by the rigid guidelines governing the neighboring appellation. Today, head winemaker Christian Rey, who studied under Peter, continues the estate’s dedication to organic and biodynamic winemaking, making sure the upmost quality and attention to detail is used during production. The wines produced at Quinta Sardonia are classified as a Vino de la Tierra de Castilla y Leon, or “Wine from the Land of Castilla y León” and each bottling is considered to be a “multi-terroir, multi-varietal” masterpiece, highly rated and in a class of their own.Vineyards and WinemakingWhen making this wine the Fonseca family looks for the freshest, lightest soils located throughout the Duero River valley, where highly aromatic varietals and grapes with good acidity do well. Head-pruned vines that grow organically in small blocks are especially favored for their purity, and winemaker Christian Rey selects only the most expert vine-growers when crafting each vintage of the Sardon. First produced in 2014, Sardon is a unique blend of 96% Tempranillo, 3% Garnacha, and a 1% mix of Albillo, Syrah, Malbec, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The Fonseca family & its small group of selected grape growers have tremendous respect for the land that lies around the Duero River valley. Each block is harvested separately at the optimal aromatic maturity and natural acidity. Grapes are harvested in small boxes, brought to the estate within hours of harvest and manually sorted at the winery one cluster at a time. After sorting, the grapes are allowed to remain on the skins at low temperatures for a period of time in order to minimize extraction and preserve the natural fruit-forward nature of this wine. A proportion of whole clusters is used during fermentation to bring out a bit of ‘nerve’ on the palate and, following vinification, the resulting wine is aged in a combination of 2 year 1,200–5,000L foudres and concrete tanks. As the 2019 vintage was a bit warmer than usual, Christian chose to use a higher proportion of foudres and fewer smaller barrels, in order to better polish the increased natural tannins found in some of the varietals. The final stage of aging was performed exclusively in concrete tanks, to enhancing the “fruit-forward and fresher side” of the 2019 vintage prior to bottling. Vintage InformationAfter a rainy and highly productive 2018, the 2019 returned to a drier vintage, where less than 220L of rain fell throughout the growing cycle of the vine. Adverse conditions led to reduced vegetative growth and a smaller crop. The dessicate weather changed towards the middle of September when two storms arrived into the Duero River Valley during harvest. Harvest was subsequently stopped and then started again on the 11th of October, almost a month from the start. The challenging climatic conditions led to an incredibly careful selection in the winery to insure tannins were tamed and the coveted elegance and natural balance found in the wines of Quinta Sardonia were preserved.Tasting NotesWhile the 2019 was challenging vintage from a winemaker’s perspective, the 2019 Sardon is fresh, floral and light on the nose with pronounced notes of raspberries and other red forest fruit. On the palate, the wine is long, with good acidity and noticeable minerality. Subtle and juicy through to the finish, the lively, yet well-balanced tannins will make this wine one that will pair well with a variety of pasta dishes, bar-b-que and/or roasted meats, blue fish, cured or soft cheeses and of course, by itself right from the glass! The estate recommends serving this wine at 15ºC.Varietal Blend:96% Tempranillo, 3% Garnacha and a 1% blend of Albillo, Syrah, Malbec & Cabernet SauvignonAppellation: Vino de la Tierra de Castilla y León Alcohol: 15.0%TA: 4.9 g/LpH: 3.82Aging: Aged in French oak barrels, large oak tanks and concrete eggs.Cases Imported: 11,200 6/750mL2019QUINTA SARDONIASardonia is a local plant commonly found along the banks of the Duero River Valley. In order to achieve the perfect balance between the soil, climate, vine and natural environment, Quinta Sardonia’s viticulture respects the rhythms andprinciples of biodynamics, encouraging a great diversity of microorganisms and insects that influencethe healthy development and expression of each grape varietal. The finest clusters on the estate were harvested by hand and brought into the cellar within hours ofpicking. The different grape varieties were then grouped together based on their organoleptic maturityand soil type, calcareous or gypsum-rich. A 5–10% whole-cluster native yeast fermentation took placeon the different lots, where both temperature and time were carefully monitored during themaceration process. Malolactic fermentation took place spontaneously in French oak barrels ofvarious size and following ML, 30% of the wine was aged for 18 months in new, and 70% in first-yearFrench oak barrels. Barrels were racked every few months and the finished wine was lightly filteredbefore bottling.Vintage InformationThe 2017 vintage will likely be remembered as a complicated one for the majority of Europe's’ grapegrowing regions due to an abnormally warm and dry winter, coupled with sporadic outbreaks of frostin late spring. Thankfully, frost along the Duero River Valley did not seriously impact the vines atQuinta Sardonia, however a rather desiccate summer and fall resulted in a diminished foliar contentand fewer clusters. This turn of events forced the Quinta Sardonia team to work harder in thevineyards, ploughing as little a possible in order to preserve soil moisture, while at the same timeculling the number of buds and clusters per vine to ensure better fruit quality. Harvest began at timewhen winemaker Christian Rey felt he had found the perfect balance between aromatic purity, phenolic maturity and acidity, resulting in a well-balanced wine that expresses the spectacular terroir ofQuinta Sardonia.Tasting NotesThe 2017 Quinta Sardonia ‘Q’ is in Christian Rey’s eyes a ‘true reflection of the vintage.’ Containingrich aromas of thyme, raspberry, cherry and black pepper in the nose, notes of violet, blackcurrantand licorice also come through as secondary and tertiary aromas. Powerful and fresh on the palate, this wine has refreshing minerality and contains intertwining flavors of plums, baking spice and freshforest fruit. With light, silky tannins and well-integrated acidity, the Quinta Sardonia ‘Q’ will continueto age well over time. While this wine does not need decanting, the estate recommends serving it slightly chilled and openingthe bottle two hours before consuming in order to fully enjoy the gradual unfolding of aromas andflavors in the glass.2 0 1 7BLEND:70% Tempranillo, 24% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Malbec, 2% Merlot & 1% SyrahAPPELLATION:Vino de la Tierra de Castilla y LeónALCOHOL: 15.0%PH:3,6 6 TA: 5.20g/LAGING:Aged 20 months in new and first year French oak barrels of various sizeCASES IMPORTED: 112 6/750mL

Vineyard Brands | www.vineyardbrands.com | Birmingham, ALGRAPE VARIETY:Tempranillo, Garnacha tinta & Graciano VINTAGE 2015:A very rainy autumn and a very cold and rainy winter led to a start in the phenological cycle with good water reserves. The spring started o mild, with temperatures rising in May compared to the average, resulting in spectacular growth rates of the canes. A very hot summer, with storms, further contributed to this early timing, leading to harvests almost two weeks ahead of schedule. It was therefore an early vintage, with full ripening and high alcohol content. With great polyphenolic and aromatic richness, giving rise to complex wines with many nuances.VINIFICATION:Bunches destemmed with maximum care. Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature. Maceration with skins extended for up to 30 days, to extract colour , avours and tannic structure. Malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels or in stainless steel tanks, subject to the batches of wine. Once malolactic fermentation is complete, all the wines are transferred to barrels, and racked every 6 monthsGRAPE HARVEST:Late harvest in october. Plot by plot, entirely by handOENOLOGISTS, THE TRADITIONAL WINES RANGE: Fernando Costa, Emilio González and Manuel IribarnegarayVINEYARDS AND YIELDSSpecial selection of old vines from Rioja Alta and Rioja Alavesa , aged between 65 and 85 years old. Very low yields of between 3,000 and 4,500 kg/ ha.due to the age and limited vigour of the vines. Produced mainly with Tempranillo grapes from vineyards planted at dierent altitudes in Cenicero , Elciego and Laguardia This vintage is blended with small quantities of red Garnacha and Graciano grapes. The red Garnacha grapes come exclusively from vineyards in Rioja Alta, located in Cenicero and Nájera , allowing us to achieve nesse, freshness as well as structure. The Graciano is mostly harvested in Elciego , where we obtain the unique character of delicacy, “grace”, liveliness and colour . SOIL:Mainly clayey calcareous, of shallow depth and very poor.TOTAL TIME IN BARRELS:24 to 26 months, depending on the origin of the vines and the types of barrel. New French oak barrels and second wine barrels REFINEMENT IN BOTTLE: Minimum 4 years before its market launch. TASTING NOTES:Deep, dark burgundy colour enhanced by a slightly brick red rim, a sign of its long and careful renement in bottle. Its complex nose lled with aromas of ne wood blend together with spicy notes and balsamic undertones. This Gran Reserva is a modern wine: alive on the palate, with character and volume on tasting. Spicy and woody notes are present in the aftertaste. In the glass, the wine unfolds a range of very distinctive characteristics thanks to its remarkable complexity and renement. A complex, lengthy, persistent nish with a luscious aftertaste. An unquestionably classy wine. Serve at 17ºC (63°F). Controlled production based on the vegetative development of each plot in Roa, La Horra and Anguix .. THE SOILGreat variation of high quality terrain, mainly old, poor soils of tertiary origin, with low levels of organic matter. Sandy texture, with very good aireation and high drainage. Predominantly clayey sands, alternating with chalky layers of whitish appearance that provide elegance and nesse, as well as sandy clays with great nutrient retaining capacity. WEATHER CONDITIONSA year of abundant rainfall especially during the winter and spring months, providing excellent water reserves that ensured a favourable vegetative cycle in the midst of a hot, dry summer. Blossoming and budding were very good. An adequate and well-balanced crop, together with an in-depth handling of the vegetation, allowed the grapes to ripen completely, resulting in a harvest that was slightly later than in normal years, but not by much.THE HARVESTManual harvesting in small batches per plot. The short distance to the winery allows the grapes to be casked swiftly, without these warming up and the must oxidising.VINIFICATION PROCESSSlow full-grain alcoholic fermentation in small stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeast. Prolonged maceration, but without over-extraction. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. All processes are by gravity carried out with the utmost care. The principal fruity aromas are maintained whilst endeavouring to preserve the great depth of colour, typical of the area. AGING IN BARRELFourteen months in ne-grained French oak barrels, one new and another 1 year old barrel in equal parts. AGING IN BOTTLEBetween 1.5 and 2 years before release date from the winery. TASTING NOTESDeep-coloured, glossy and velvety wine. Intense aromas, with hints of fruity freshness entwined with well integrated oak that combines with, but never masks the richness of the Tinta del Pais variety of the Ribera del Duero. It’s fresh, vivacious and elegantly complex on the palate, with creamy nuances and ne toasted notes. Dense, smooth, enveloping polymerised tannins. Subtle and rened. BRUNELLO DI MONTALCINOCaparzo produced its rst vintage of Brunello di Montalcino in 1970, when the situation in Montalcino was very different than it is now. At the time there were only 13 wineries in Montalcino, and this makes Caparzo one of the historic Brunello producers. The distinguishing characteristic of Caparzo’s Brunello di Montalcino is clearly the origin of its Sangiovese. Indeed, the estate is one of the few in Montalcino that has vineyards in the various geographic areas of the Appellation. What might seem to be just a detail is instead very positive, because the different locations of Caparzo’s vineyards allow the estate to draw the most from the different microclimates and terroirs present in Montalcino. The grapes harvested from the vineyards in the various areas of the appellation are carefully selected to lay the foundations for a complex wine that brings together all of the characteristics that make Brunello one of the world’s most sought after wines.GRAPE VARIETIES: Sangiovese.AREAS OF ORIGIN OF THE GRAPES: • Caparzo”, 220 meters (8661 inches) above sea level in the northern part of the appellation; 8 hectares. The grapes are selected in the Cagliano and Vittoria vineyards, whose soil characteristics, exposures, and microclimates are ideally suited to the varietals that make up the wine. The vineyards range from 400 to 450 meters in altitude, and the harvest takes place between mid-September and the first week of October, following a careful evaluation of the degree of ripeness of the grapes. The harvest is manual in the Cagliano vineyards, and mechanized, using machines that eliminate the green parts in the Vittoria vineyards. The primary and malolactic fermentations of the different varietals take place separately, and only later are they assembled into a single wine. The labels of all of the wines from Borgo Scopeto show the historic heart of the estate, which belonged for centuries to a noble Sienese family, the Sozzini. The manor and the homes of the tenant farmers grew around the elegant square keep whose walls still have the original stone skirting at their base.. The north face of the keep has low arched windows, and arrow slits, while the rest of the keep was modified several times over the centuries. Today Borgo Scopeto, following a careful restoration, has been transformed into a Relais, and is one of the most exclusive vacation spots in Chianti Classico, offering its guests a truly unique experience.PRIMARY FERMENTATION: the different varietals are fermented separately for 6 days at a temperature of 82-86°F, with subsequent delestages and pump overs. warre’s LATE BOTTLED VINTAGE port 2009Warre’s founded in 1670, was the first British Port company established in Portugal and therefore the pioneer of a great tradition; its history is synonymous with that of Port itself. Warre’s Ports are distinguished for their structure, elegance, and softly perfumed nose. They have a particularly fresh and elegant style. Warre’s premium wines are sourced from Quinta da Cavadinha, Quinta do Retiro, and Quinta da Telhada, three of the finest estates of the Douro Valley. Warre’s Vintage Ports are renowned the world over for their excellence and are consistently placed amongst the best in comparative tastings.THE WINEThe Warre’s 2009 Late Bottled Vintage (LBV) was matured in wood during four years after which it was bottled in 2013 without any fining or filtering. It was then aged in bottle for another eight years in the Warre’s lodge in Vila Nova de Gaia prior to being offered for sale. It is usual for Warre’s LBVs to continue ageing in bottle in the Warre’s lodge for a longer period than required, i.e. 4 years in bottle, after four years in wood. This prolonged ageing, first in wood and then in bottle is key to the development of the sumptuous nose and flavours that lend this Port a style and complexity akin to that of Vintage Port. Most LBV Ports produced today are matured exclusively in wood and filtered before bottling and placed on the market without any bottle ageing. Warre’s traditional method of maturation, marrying both wood and bottle-ageing, distinguishes it from most other LBVs currently available.TASTING NOTELifted and intensely fresh blackcurrant and black cherry aromas, wrapped in secondary notes of mint and pine resin. Succulent, concentrated palate, simultaneously rounded and silky smooth. This wine is pure seduction, with alluring flavours of blackberry and cacao, punctuated by peppery tannins that provide a spicy and firm structure. Irresistible to drink now, though it has bags of life left in it. Although a big, generous wine, this 2009 displays Warre’s signature elegance and balance.Symington tasting room, Spring 2021STORAGE & SERVINGBottled with a driven cork (as with Vintage Port), the bottle should be stored horizontally and somewhere with a cool, constant temperature. As the wine is unfiltered, it will create a natural deposit and should therefore be decanted before serving. Stand the bottle upright about half an hour before pulling the cork and pour the wine into a decanter until the first traces of sediment appear. This Port accompanies a wide selection of cheeses, such as blue cheese (Stilton, Roquefort, etc) as well as sweet desserts and dark chocolate.WINE SPECIFICATIONSAlcohol: 20% vol Total Acidity: 4.4 g/l tartaric acidBaumé: 3.6Allergy Advice: Contains sulfitesCompatible with vegetarian and vegan dietsYEAR AND HARVEST REVIEW2009 was the third dry year in succession in the Douro and at Quinta da Cavadinha by the end of the growth and maturation cycles in September, we had 40% less rain than normal. There was virtually no rain to speak of during July, August and September, but fortunately 40 mm came down in June and this was decisive, proving to be just enough to sustain the vines through the summer. Although summer temperatures were typically high, they were just below average during July, which helped to reduce the vine’s hydric stress. Inevitably yields were right down, by one third across our family’s vineyards where the vines produced an average of just 700 g of grapes each. This led to the smallest vintage in the Douro since 2000. The upside of the dry conditions was the virtual absence of vine disease and the berries reached the wineries in excellent condition.Charles Symington, Douro, October 2009PROVENANCE & GRAPE VARIETIESQuinta da Cavadinha, Quinta do Retiro and Quinta da Telhada. The principal component varieties were the Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franca, whilst the old mixed vines also made their usual contribution.

The Port displays amplitude, combining fruit-driven volume with the seductive mellowness and delicacy of wood aging.TASTING NOTERich tawny color, with an excellent nose of nuts and hints of mature fruit. On the palate light and delicate, beautifully rounded, with hints of dried fruits, and a long elegant finish.STORAGE & SERVINGDoes not need decanting. The wine is ready to drink when bottled, but will maintain its quality in bottle. Serve slightly chilled or at room temperature. Superb with cheese, nuts or dried fruit after a meal or on its own.WINE SPECIFICATIONSAlcohol: 20% vol Total Acidity: 3.9 g/l tartaric acidBaumé: 3.5Allergy Advice: Contains sulfitesAGED TAWNY PORTAged Tawny Ports are blended, high quality wines that are matured in wood for extended periods, gradually shedding the deep ruby color of youth and acquiring the amber-golden tawny hues from which their name derives Following each harvest in the Douro Valley, the winemaker selects some of the finest wines with the potential for long-term aging in the wine cellars, known as lodges, earmarking them to become Old Tawny Port with an indication of age. Warre’s offers two such wines, the Otima 10-Year-Old and the Otima 20-Year-Old Tawnies. As the wines mature in seasoned oak casks of 600 litres, they are constantly tasted to check their progress, and when determining the final blend for bottling, the master blender will draw on wines from several harvests, brought together to maintain a consistent house style, unchanging over time. The age indication on the label therefore refers to the average age of the component wines. The art of blending to ensure consistency of quality and style is a fine craft, built on and perfected by generations of experience.WINEMAKINGWarre’s OTIMA 10-Year-Old undergoes fermentation with natural yeast at between 24-28ºC (75-82ºF). Once the must has fermented to the desired degree of sweetness (usually within 48 hours), fortification takes place with grape brandy at 77% (generally 80% must / 20% brandy).

Flavorful finish.” - J.S 8/23Pinot Grigio 2022Friuli, Italy E STAT EAttems is a historical producer from Friuli, with a long tradition in wine making and a deep knowledge of the territory. The estate has one of the best positions in the area, with several microclimates that allow the winery to enhance the character of each wine, and highlight the unique varietals they cultivate. WINEThe Attems Pinot Grigio, like all of the Attems wines, is a tribute to Italy’s Friuli region and faithfully reflects the terroir from which it comes. The wine’s bouquet is marked by an impressive fruitiness, and the palate demonstrates all of the amazing qualities of the Collio: it has superb weight and texture and a notable mineralityand is savory, tangy, and vibrant.VINEYARDThe soil consists of Eocene marls and sandstones, created by seabed uplifting 50 million years ago. Spring was characterized by mild temperatures and generally good weather, ensuring constant vegetation growth. The Pinot Grigio reached full bloom on 25 May, much earlier than the previous two vintages. In June and July, the summer heat was mitigated by some beneficial rain, which allowed the plants to head into August without an excessive water imbalance. This year, the Pinot Grigio bunches were relatively sparse. By harvest time, the grapes had the typical thick and consistent intense pink skin.ATTEMS(Pictured) A bird’s eye view of the Attems estate, which extends across 44 hectares of terraced slopes to the west of Gorizia. 92“Lovely notes of red rose and some herbal tones appear on the nose of the 2017 Nebbiolo d’Alba Valmaggiore, coupled with balsam, spice and rosemary. It’s voluminous in the mouth, and while the Le Vigne Barolo tends to be the most floral and delicately ethereal of Sandrone’s release, this bouquet is distinctive in its own way.” -ML, 6/19Jeb Dunnuck 92Wine Enthusiast 92James Suckling 90Valmaggiore 2017Nebbiolo d’Alba, Italy E STAT ESandrone’s wines are sometimes described as straddling the modern and traditional styles in the region: elegant, attractive and easy to appreciate right from their first years in bottle, but with no less power and structure than traditional Barolos.WINEValmaggiore is the product of Luciano’s incredible passion for the Nebbiolo grape variety and its dierent expressions. Just 15 miles away from Barolo, in the Roero region, Nebbiolo produces a lighter structure and ripe, smooth tannins that are not unlike those of Pinot Noir. This is not a “baby Barolo” or a second wine at all – it is a distinct interpretation of Nebbiolo from a completely distinct geographic zone.VINEYARDThe grapes used to make this wine are cultivated in one of the historical cru vineyards in the Roero district – Valmaggiore – situated in the municipality of Vezza d’Alba. The Valmaggiore hill itself is incredibly steep: a 100% grade (45 degrees) in places. The soil is comprised almost entirely of sand from shallow sea and beach deposits – fossils are common. WINEMAKINGGrape Varieties: 100% Nebbiolo Fermentation: Each block is vinifi ed separately. After destemming and light crushing, the must is covered with CO2 for a gentle warm maceration of approximately a day. Alcoholic fermentation begins about 24-36 hours later from native yeasts. A gentle maceration takes place in upright open-top steel tanks for the first 7-9 days of alcoholic fermentation. Immediately after alcoholic fermentation, which takes around 25 days, malolactic fermentation takes place in 500 liter French oak casks.Aging: French oak casks (25% new) for 12 months, followed by 9 months of bottle aging. Alcohol: 14%VINTAGEThe 2017 Valmaggiore is characterized by a nose of red fruits with licorice and cola. The wine is delicate and shows great typicity of the vine. In the mouth, there is an initial burst of sweetness framed around the expressive red fruit. Excellent tannin and acidity help balance the vibrant and ripe red fruit flavors of cherries and cranberries. This is a generous, open and sweet expression of the Valmaggiore. The finish is balanced and ripe, ending with a distinct mineral note.
