Leasing in Singapore The leasing recruitment market in Singapore is expected togrow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 5.2% from2023 to 2024. The main reason for this growth is theincreasing demand for office space in the city-state. Theleasing market in Singapore is very competitive, with anumber of large and well-established leasing firms operatingin the market.
