10 We offer an online document library to support our StaySafe partners. This includes guidance notes on a fire safety, health & safety, security, leisure, food hygiene and crisis management. This online management system can also be branded if required. 11 Certification levels and Awards There are three levels of the StaySafe Hospitality Certification which are directly related to the results achieved following the hotel audit. All mandatory standards must be achieved before awarding the hotel the initial StaySafe Certificate Level. A plaque is provided to certified hotels to display their achievement and participation in the international program. A ‘graphic package’ is provided for certified properties to use for their websites and social media marketing.

12 The client will receive an executive summary of the significant risks, key observations and best practices identified during the audit process. The StaySafe committee will review the report and risk management improvement plan and before agreeing the final certification level. A final report will be provided within ten working days of the completion of the audit. All reports and other tools are available online and the hotel will be provided access to the StaySafe Software Platform. Following the release of the online reports, the client has immediate access to all the online tools and management dashboards. More about the management dashboards later…. Reports & Tools

13 Our leading StaySafe software includes online risk action planning tools. Each client will have access to their bespoke online Risk Mitigation & Improvement Plan (RMIP) to enable them to prioritise their risks, manage their resources and address the non-compliances.
