both licensed credentialed clinicians and staff MEDICATION ASSISTED TREATMENT Sacred Heart provides medication assisted treatment in withdrawal management residential and outpatient levels of care Medication assisted treatment programs are integrated into greater health and wellness oriented services The treatment program may include individual and group therapy didactics opiate specific education specialty groups wellness groups both in person and via telehealth along with medication administration and support offers a broad continuum of top quality behavioral health recovery support and wellness services since 1967 WITHDRAWAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES Sacred Heart addresses the need for safe medically monitored withdrawal management detoxification which stems from the potentially dangerous physical symptoms that can accompany withdrawal We operate a physician directed sub acute detoxification units with 24 7 onsite nursing and laboratory support We specialize in a variety of substance use disorder detoxification protocols RESIDENTIAL INPATIENT SERVICES Sacred Heart provides clinically managed high intensity residential 24 hour supportive treatment in a safe and structured environment to help individuals initiate and or continue the recovery process The program s goal is to teach new skills that are required for a successful transition from active addiction to a stable recovery positive lifestyle Recovery support is incorporated and focused on care coordination for both emotional and physical wellness such as lower levels of care housing community engagement and peer support Therapy includes daily groups lectures and activities designed to meet the needs of clients as defined in their individual treatment plans Assessments and treatment plan reviews will determine priorities so that an individualized treatment plan can be developed and updated along with individualized notes amendments and the individual s response to therapeutic interventions specific to women s specialty OUTPATIENT AMBULATORY WITHDRAWAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES Sacred Heart provides ambulatory withdrawal management AWM which medically assists individuals who are diagnosed with mild to moderate Opiate Use Disorder This level of care involves medical management of withdrawal symptoms using medication assisted treatment Our goal is to provide monitoring of withdrawal symptoms in a less intensive least restrictive setting These medical services occur in a safe environment in conjunction with our individualized therapeutic and ancillary services OUTPATIENT STATEWIDE TELEHEALTH SERVICES Outpatient statewide telehealth is online treatment that uses a secure app to deliver virtual behavioral healthcare Services offered via telehealth are group therapy family therapy individual therapy treatment planning and reviews medication assisted treatment primary care coordination and recovery support SUD HEALTH HOME SERVICES SUDHH Sacred Heart SUDHH services provide comprehensive care management and coordination services to individuals with opioid alcohol and stimulant use disorders Our health homes elevates the role and importance of peer recovery coaches and
