The fitness area includes NordicTrac upright and recumbentexercycles and gravitron. It also includes weights, jump ropes, pull upbar, exercise balls and bands, as well as weighted balls. It's available toanyone 14 years and older. IT IS FREE! Open during all regularly scheduled hours.
