HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT We require a 250 fee in order to secure your reservation This is the 1st payment towards the balance HOW CAN I GET A CONTRACT Yes We send out a Digital Performance Agreement for you to review and sign with just a few keystrokes and mouse clicks WHEN IS THE FINAL PAYMENT DUE Your final balance should be paid no later than two weeks before the event Any day of additions extended performance for example must be paid via cash or check WHAT KIND OF SOUND EQUIPMENT WILL THE DJ HAVE Our DJ s use high quality reliable professional grade equipment like Electro voice speakers American Audio mixers and Numark DJ controllers IS THERE ANY LIGHTING INCLUDED WITH MY DJ PACKAGE We always include a dance floor lighting system MY RECEPTION IS OUTDOORS WHAT SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS NEED TO BE MADE Our equipment will need to be under the cover of a tent or outbuilding in the event of inclement weather and we require access to power Our system can run off one dedicated outlet or extension cord or a 2000 watt generator HOW IS THE DJ SELECTED FOR MY WEDDING Your DJ will be matched with you based on the details that you provide us with as a part of your on line event planner However you may request a specific DJ from our company if you would like DO I GET TO PLAN MY WEDDING WITH MY DJ Absolutely Once your DJ is paired with your wedding you will receive an introduction email including your DJ s phone number and email address They are there to answer any questions and guide you through the planning process You will have a final planning meeting with your DJ approximately 2 weeks prior to your wedding WHAT HAPPENS IF MY DJ GET SICK ON MY WEDDING DAY We always have a minimum of 2 back up DJs on our staff on call and ready to go if the need arises These DJs are employees on NLE We don t have to worry about partnering with other DJ companies to try and find a DJ at the last minute What other DJ company can say that MAKE SURE THE DJ YOU HIRE HAS BACK UP DJs ON STAFF Make sure they work for the same company and are not from another DJ company WILL YOU HAVE AN ADEQUATE SIZE SOUND SYSTEM FOR MY WEDDING We have several different size DJ systems that allow us to match the right size system with each venue for not only sound quality but more importantly space CAN WE SELECT THE MUSIC THAT WILL BE PLAYED Absolutely We welcome your choices and will be happy to play what you want Many clients will choose some of their favorites and leave room for guest requests If you re not sure about the music you can also just leave it up to us We ll play to the crowd and get people having a good time To make it even easier our online planner has categories for you from Please Play to Do Not Play WILL MY DJ MAKE ANNOUNCEMENTS AND BE THE MC FOR MY WEDDING We ve all been at that wedding where the DJ wouldn t shut up and that s the last thing you want on YOUR big day Our mantra is that it s not the Nite Lights Entertainment show it s you re wedding Clearly we ll need to make some announcements throughout the evening like introductions first dances the like but we avoid being on the microphone when we don t need to be No cheesy DJ s here
