Market leading packagesRinnova’s remuneration packages are designed to give ourrecruitment consultants and research & delivery experts theopportunity to earn materially more than in any other recruitmentenvironment.Our core salary and commission packages are highly competitive, withthe opportunity to earn above average commissions.Rinnova’s low overhead, value-added business model will generateindustry-leading fees per recruiter and we will share the benefits ofthis with the recruitment team through a biannual profit sharemechanism.Members of the management team will also have the opportunity tobe part of a capital incentive scheme to reward them upon the sale ofthe business.

Support throughout your move and the first sixmonthsWe understand that recruitment professionals have restrictive covenantsin their existing contracts. We absolutely respect these and expect ouremployees to do the same. In order to give you confidence and optimiseyour performance during this period, we have partnered with a leadingLondon City law firm (Michcon De Reya) to provide independent,professional advice and support to consultants joining Rinnova, on allaspects of employment law, contracts and covenantsWe also recognise that these covenants can impact the earningopportunities for consultants in their first year of employment at anew firm and may result in a remuneration shortfall. To remove thisrisk, and demonstrate our confidence in both you and the businessthat we are building, Rinnova has invested in a bonus scheme tosupport this transition.
