Our General Evaluator, Doris Hibbler, gave the evaluators feedback and commented on the overallatmosphere of the meeting:Our meeting started on a positive note with our President, Johnny Randolph, reciting the Invictus poem. It isgreat that we have a positive recitation before the meeting officially starts it just gives participants that little bitof encouragement to move forward in the meeting with confidence. We had a theme which is always good and helps make the meetings more fun.Diona, as timer had a very ingenious way of displaying the time increments for the speakers. Though it wasfun and clever we really should make an effort to get our real timing cards or light back to use in futuremeetings. The table topics questions were good and went along with the celebration theme that really helps the meetingflow more smoothlyIt was really good that each role player explained their role so that our guest Lindsey understood what wasgoing on in the meeting. We may want to start putting our theme on the agenda ahead of time so that our online participants can alsoparticipate in the theme of the night. Thanks to all those who pulled double dutyTo Lindsey our guest thanks for being vulnerable and sharing your speaking story with us. Please come back.2 July 2024https://reynoldsburg.toastmastersclubs.orgGENERAL EVALUATOR COMMENTS
