Since joining us in June, our StaffPsychologist has made a tremendousimpact on our programs, clients, andteam. By consulting on challenging casesand addressing mental health concerns,he has provided invaluable guidance thatenhances both client and staffinteractions, leading to better outcomesfor everyone involved. Dr. Bernardactively participates in programming, outings, and activities, modeling effectiveinterventions and offering on-the-spotsupport. This hands-on approach helpsREVELers navigate difficulties, re-engagein activities, and find more joy in theirexperiences. MENTAL HEALTH INITIATIVE PROGRESSBeyond direct support, he’s also developing training for parents, guardians, staff, and community partners, enriching our collective understanding andapproach to mental health and neurodiversity. His outreach to local clinicalpsychology professionals, such as those at JFK Partners and ElevatedInsights, is expanding the scope of care we can offer, ensuring our clientshave access to a wider range of resources and expertise. His contributionsare making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and the qualityof our programs, ultimately creating a stronger, more supportive communityfor everyone at REVEL.
