It comprises two structures with 44 levels above and four below ground, housing 268 condominium units. Connected parking provides 672 stalls for residents and 167 stalls for their guests.The project is a significant part of a $2.5 billion renovation and expansion initiative centered around the original Fairmont Century Plaza Hotel, designed by Minoru Yamasaki. THE AVERYSAN FRANCISCO, CAThe Avery, designed by HKS, consists of three structures. The tower provides 55 levels above grade and three levels below grade. The development includes 468 units, including 70 aordable units in the tower and 80 aordable rental units in two podium-style buildings. Additionally, it oers 280 luxury apartment units on levels two through 31 of the tower and 118 luxury condominium units occupying levels 32-55.The tower of The Avery oers lavish amenities such as an Equinox-curated fitness center, a 60-foot indoor pool, studio space for fitness classes, a media lounge, a game room, a business center, a pet spa, and more. COLUMBIA SQUARE LIVINGLOS ANGELES, CAColumbia Square Living, designed by House & Robertson Architects, Inc., is a stunning tower featuring Hollywood Moderne architecture with one structure consisting of 22 levels above and four levels below grade. It oers a mix of 200 furnished units with a minimum stay of one week and longer-term unfurnished apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms with various layouts, many of which have furnished balconies. The renowned designer Kelly Wearstler custom-designed each unit. The development was built on top of a four-level below-grade parking structure.Columbia Square Living is the crown jewel of the $386 million, 4.7-acre Columbia Square redevelopment, which includes a six-level commercial oce, retail, and beautifully landscaped courtyards. Floor-to-ceiling windows, aged wood flooring in a herringbone pattern, high-end finishes, and professional-grade kitchens characterize the luxurious units. THE INFINITYSAN FRANCISCO, CA The Infinity is a high-end condominium and mixed-use complex designed by Heller-Manus Architects, which consists of four structures ranging from 8 to 41 levels above grade and five levels below grade. The project includes 655 high-end condominiums and a five-level subterranean parking garage. The development features an outdoor site podium on levels two and three, a health club, retail space, and café areas. This project was completed in phases and involved a concrete foundation, shotcrete walls, a post-tensioned concrete column-and-slab frame, and a three-level podium that includes retail space, a health club, and conference rooms/oce space. The building has a connected parking area covering 658,495 square feet and 1,821 stalls. Located in the 6.3-acre, $1 billion Metropolis development, Tower II oers 36,482 square feet of retail space at the ground level and an amenity level named METNINE. The METNINE level boasts a large, landscaped deck with various features, including a swimming pool, fire features, volleyball and yoga areas, a dog park, and a play space.The project incorporates sustainability features, including reduced indoor water use, diversion of construction waste, and low-pollutant emitting interior finish materials, such as the wood flooring used in all residential units. The project also includes a reclaimed water system, which collects and treats water from irrigation lines, condensate, and stormwater. TOWER TWO AT ONE RINCON HILLSAN FRANCISCO, CATower Two at One Rincon Hill, designed by Solomon, Cordwell, Buenz & Associates, Inc., is a 52-story structure with 299 apartments. It provides one level of below grade parking with 155 car stackers. Tower Two is part of the One Rincon Hill development, known for its innovative structural design. It allowed for a 1.25 million square foot high-rise building to be constructed in an area of high seismic activity. The North Tower features a fitness center and a sky lounge on the top floor, and the developer's phased occupancy plan allowed for revenue generation before completion.
