In 2025, ReImagine will beginconducting Listening Sessions and implementing SecretShoppers to provide real time feedback of engagementwith the Homeless Response System.ReImagine OmahaReImagine provides human-centered training tofrontline staff within the CoC and prioritizes thevoices of those with lived experience in thedevelopment and facilitation of curriculum. Havingone team provide all training ensures that messagingremains consistent, and all agencies are operatingunder the same guidance and guidelines across thecommunity.

Elevate andUplifting LivedExperienceReImagine’s Lived Experience Program is a vitalcomponent of the organization's commitment tobringing positive change and a more inclusiveperspective to the homelessness support system. TheLived Experience Team is comprised of individuals whohave experienced homelessness, and their efforts playa critical role in advocating for, supporting, andshaping solutions for those facing similar challenges. The team consists of 8 diverse individuals who meetbi-weekly to review current initiatives and they receivecompensation for their participation and expertise.The team represents the following demographics:African American, Indigenous, Hispanic, White,Veterans and members of the LBGTQIA+2 community.In 2024, 24 team meetings took place and a total of329 hours of reimbursements were provided forprogram participation in trainings, listening sessions,speaking engagements and other administrativeactivities.ReImagine Omaha

Housing Problem Solving- 318 trained to date Hope Science- 95 trained Front-Line Learning Circles- 235 registrationsThe Lived Experience team assisted with data analysis for ListeningSessions. Collaborative research was released by Joy Doll at Creighton titled,“Leveraging Lived Experience: A Participatory Elevation of Health andHousing”.ReImagine was selected to present a workshop during the TheNational Healthcare for the Homeless Conference & PolicySymposium, held in Baltimore, Maryland this upcoming May 2025.2025 GoalsCreate and implement a solidified training plan for LEX’s individuallyand collectively by 12/31/2025. Increase engagement with current LEX team and increase team tohave a total 20 by 06/30/2025. LEX Team will assist with creating and launching a systemaccountability metric in collaboration with Training division by12/31/2025.

Innovative ProjectHost- Metro HousingCollaborative (MHC)MHC’s mission is to develop and sustain relationshipsbetween property owners, management companies andcommunity organizations. Services are provided to thoseexperiencing a housing crisis, which include increasedhousing options, efficiently securing units and supportingthe Omaha metro area’s efforts to prevent and endhomelessness. MHC offers innovative housing solutions:Landlord EngagementHousing Search AssistanceShared HousingRehousing (collab with ERA & Housing Stability Clinic)Application Barrier Reduction PilotThese services allow for solutions that can be offeredimmediately without making changes to laws, introducingbills, or any other long-term advocacy. The initiatives MHCoffers represent a groundbreaking approach within ourarea. By tailoring strategies to the unique challenges andopportunities within the community, MHC is pioneering apath for others to follow, potentially transforming thelandscape of housing solutions regionally.ReImagine Omaha

Department HighlightsReImagine OmahaMHC engaged 839 households across all services.Since inception, (April 2021), MHC has recruited and maintained 195 PropertyPartners- 33 enrolled in 2024- a 20.37% increase due to recruiting efforts!Padmission has 365 properties- of which 126 units are available vacancies securedto be filled by the unhoused community. 75 community partners, including 367 CMs utilizing Padmission 59 rental incentives secured for high barrier clients19 requests for risk mitigation funding- only being accessed for up to 11% ofleases- proving that stereotypes about renting to the unhoused community areinvalid! Housing Navigation served 433 high barrier clients through housing searchassistance.MHC’s Shared Housing Initiative received 168 referrals in 2024, resulting in 29matches, 5 individuals secured housing, & 4 active matches in progress. Housing options provided to 50 referrals through the Rehousing Program (ERA).MHC helped establish the “Greater Omaha RentWise Network” and served 129Council Bluffs residents through the Application Barrier Reduction Pilot. 2025 GoalsIncrease Property Partner Network by 30% by 12/31/2025.Increase Community partner engagement and participation Increase innovative housing solutions for the Omaha Metro Area by12/31/2025. -Shared Housing Restructure and Master Leasing Pilot

Housing Stability Team-Case ManagementSupportReImagine staff helped in the development of theHousing Stability Clinic, an extension of ERA fundingthrough the City of Omaha, and in collaboration withThreshold and Together. The Clinic opened in April andclients started being referred to Housing StabilitySpecialists for service in May 2024. The team provides supportive case managementservices to those clients who are needing short term orlong-term support to stabilize their housing andfinancial situation, while identifying options forsustainability. The team’s progress this year is supportive of projectgoals and indicates this program can delivermeasurable positive outcomes, as well as being humancentered, while also showing that upfront financialassistance allows for a window of holistic opportunity.ReImagine Omaha

Department HighlightsReImagine OmahaThe Housing Stability team has engaged and served 129 households-52 are currently enrolled in services and 77 have exited the program.38.36% of households have increased or sustained their income.Exit surveys were conducted which indicate the program has had ahigh level of positive impact in the lives of those being served. •78% received services for 4-6 months, 11% receive for 1-3 months and 11% did not provide a response for time duration • Service by program staff- 56% satisfied and 44% very satisfied • Impact on quality of life- 56% satisfied and 44% very satisfied • 89% indicated their case manager provided clarity and help with housing resources and support services • 100% felt supported and respected by program staff • 100% report the program helped them maintain stable housing • 89% experienced improvements in their financial situation2025 GoalsThe housing stability team will serve 200 households by 12/31/2025. Increase detail and frequency of documentation and goal trackingfor households being served.Research and recruit an intern for the housing stability team by03/31/2025.
