Friday 27th June Priority offers to current staff/studentplacements for graduate positions can beaccepted or declined by 1:00pm. Market Offers: Monday 30th June: Applications for graduate positions open at 9:00am.Sunday 13th July: Application for graduate positions close at 11:59pm. Monday 14th July: Interviews for graduate positions commence. Wednesday 6th August: Offers for graduate can be made from 9:00am. Thursday 7th August: Offers for graduate positions must be accepted or declined by 1:00pm.
Graduate positions are usually offered to students in their final year or recent graduates. Length of Programs Graduate programs can last between 12-24 months. Program Structure Overview This program includes rotations where students spend time in different areas of the business, including alearning and development program with non-technical skills development.Work on OfferGraduates are involved in key matters from the beginning, including:Return-to-work and career transitioningInjury prevention and managementErgonomics and manual handlingPsychological and physical health and wellbeing.Initial Training: Comprehensive online modules and shadowing experienced consultants. Rotations are structured based on student choices and business needs, helping graduates gainknowledge of the business, clients, and culture. Learn at your own pace while receiving regular coaching from your Team Leader and QA Manager. Butthe support doesn’t stop there! You’ll complete quarterly talent maps to steer your career growth andhave access to ongoing professional development opportunities.General Information
