There are many people whoselives would collapse if they lost a certain partof their wealth because their life is attachedto their possessions. Their life depends ontheir real estate, house, or investments. TheBible says: “For where your treasure is,there will your heart be also.”“Therefore I say unto you, Take no thoughtfor your life, what ye shall eat, or what yeshall drink; nor yet for your body, what yeshall put on. Is not the life more than meat,and the body than raiment? Behold the fowlsof the air: for they sow not, neither do theyreap, nor gather into barns; yet yourheavenly Father feedeth them. There are anestimated 250,000–400,000 species of flowersin the world. That is the number of differentspecies, not individual flowers. So, there arebillions and billions of flowers, and the Bible saysthat God clothes each one of them.He placed man in the garden (Genesis 2) to beblessed and to be a blessing. If God takes careof hundreds of billions of birds, and you are muchmore valuable than they are, how much more willHe take care of you?“But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For hethat wavereth is like a wave of the sea drivenwith the wind and tossed. For let not that manthink that he shall receive any thing of the Lord. A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.” James 1:6-8 Your Heavenly Father has promised to take careof you. The only thing He expects from us is thatwe trust Him. Decide to trust God.
