MONDAY: 18:30 / 19:30 - Roosevelt Park Recreation Centre

WEDNESDAY: 09:00 / 10:00 / 11:00 - The Dance Palace

THURSDAY: 10:00 / 11:00 - Roosevelt Park Recreation Centre

FRIDAY: 10:00 / 11:00 - Blairgowrie Recreation Centre

FRIDAY: 14:30 - Featherbrooke Hills Ret. Village

SATURDAY: 09:00 / 10:00 / 11:00 - Blairgowrie Recreation Centre

NB! NB! IF you cannot attend your regular weekly class – you are welcome to join another class at another time or venue to ‘make up’ for the lesson missed!

NB! The Line Dance Lesson Rates are based on a PER MONTH rate, payable in the beginning of the month.

Monthly payments are due by the 5th of the month.

PS! Our monthly rates are based on 4 lessons per month. There is NO additional charge for the 5th lesson in the longer months – that class is your Bonus for when you go away, are sick or in December when you away OR we close between Christmas and New Year.

NO REDUCTION of monthly class fees will be considered due to illness, work, holidays, or personal issues!

We are working very hard to ensure that the accounting system is working correctly and that it provides you with the correct details! Any changes to your Invoice - the 'number of classes per week' has to be submitted in writing to Leon or Magda - one Calendar Month before you want the changes to be effected! No verbal requests will be accepted.

A penalty fee will be applied to short or late payments!

A calendar months written notice must be submitted to terminate your Line Dance Lessons, a months payment will be due!

PLEASE pay your class fees – We must pay the Class Venue – even IF you are not attending a class!

We have a contract with the hall - to pay even IF you are not there!

PS!IF, there are any issues at any of the Halls – we have a ‘back up’ plan to ensure we can ‘keep on Dancing’!

RULES AND RESPONSIBILITY OF DANCERS

We would like to bring a few things to your attention regarding the tuition fees, as well as the classes you have signed up for.

The account system currently in use must be adjusted every time when you decide to dance at more or less classes due to other commitments, illness, family, work or holidays. This takes time to do and can lead to errors. It also complicates our planning and monthly budget!

Please keep in mind that:

Rainbow Line Dancing is a small, one-man business that needs to provide Leon with an income.The Group and Private Class payments are his only income.Rainbow Line Dancing/Leon is responsible for all expenses of the Dance School. He is under contract with every hall where we dance, i.e., Blairgowrie Recreation Centre, Roosevelt Park Recreation Centre, and The Dance Palace.The times classes are offered are calculated by the hour and Leon must pay the bill at the end of each month OR we will be suspended from the hall and the contract cancelled.The cost of the hall for our parties and competitions is an extra expense which must be covered, that is the reason why an entrance fee is charged.If you do not attend, the rent for the hall still must be paid. It does not decrease if someone stays away or leaves for a while. We do have this policy which allows you to make up a class or classes, for which you have paid for but missed, at another venue and on the same level you are currently dancing.Your monthly payment remains on the same level while not being able to attend classes.You are only entitled to ‘make up’ a maximum of 4 x 1-hour classes for lessons missed - a month for 1 class per week or four weeks for 2 or 3 classes a week. The 'make up' class has to be within the same month as the one you missed a lesson in.....NB!!! A full calendar months’ notice is required if a person decides to stop dancing. This is valid from the 1st to the 30th of the month – for which full payment must be made.
