Bekah Barnett - RISE CD
Bekah Barnett is an operatically trained singer-songwriter who has been captivating audiences for years with her emotionally engaging songs, poetic lyrics, soaring melodies, and catchy piano riffs. A refreshing blend of Jazz, Folk, Pop, and Spiritual music, Bekah Barnett's piano-driven tunes and soulful voice have been compared to Tori Amos, Regina Spektor, Fiona Apple, Natalie Merchant, Adele, and Joni Mitchell. Her sophomore full-length album RISE, available both physically and digitally worldwide with its release on August 21st, 2015, was recorded at Fantasy Studios in Berkeley, California with local producer and master pianist Julie Wolf (Ani DiFranco, Carly Simon, The Indigo Girls, Dar Williams).

Monterey Or Bust, the official album series of the California Roots Festival is proud to announce "Monterey Or Bust Vol. 2". This album has the same Cali Roots vibe as Vol. 1, with a fresh line up of bands and artists. Monterey Or Bust Vol. 2 is available now online from Rebel Sound Records and will be available in hard copies at the Cali Roots merch booth in Monterey this Memorial Day weekend. If you can't make it out to Monterey this year for the California Roots Festival, you can bring the vibes to your car or home with "Monterey Or Bust Vol.2".

Back at it, Stick Figure brings you his second full length album “Burnin’ Ocean.” Holding down his unique sound of reggae, dub and rock steady, this album delivers a true essence of his musical capabilites. Self-produced, recorded and written by Scott Woodruff, Stick Figure called upon featured artists Jeff M. (Clear Conscience) and Matt Valasquez (Drum Major Instinct, Rebelution) to add the extra flavor of some west coast reggae vibes.

Stick Figure - Smoke Stack CD
Stick Figure has returned yet again to bring you his third full length album, “Smoke Stack.” Written, recorded and self-produced by Scott Woodruff, this album truly showcases the musical growth of Stick Figure. “Smoke Stack” posseses all the elements that we have fallen for in previous albums, but this time around Stick Figure has amplified the sound to give us 14 new smoking tracks to keep our mind in motion and the positive energy flowing. With new styles and an incredibly polished sound, this album is a must for all reggae fans.

Ras Teo is aiming to deliver the message of truth, rights and justice in the name of Ras Tafari Makonnen, Qidamawi Haile Selassie. Ras Teo is a Los Angeles based Armenian Reggae Roots artist with an unique vocal style and conscious lyrics. Ras Teo has released 2 full length albums ‘Show I The Way’(2011),‘Mystic Morning’(2009), both on his independent label, Forward Bound Records. His third album "Bredda Daniel" is now released in 2015.

A longstanding member of the Santana band, Bill Ortiz is proud to present his new full-length release titled Highest Wish. A follow up to his “Winter in America” EP released earlier this year, this new album project features conscious emcees such as Casual, The Grouch, Zumbi (Zion I) and K-Maxx, as well as fellow Santana member (and 11 time Grammy® Award Winner) Tony Lindsey, and iconic poet vocalist Linda Tillery, featured on a spoken word performance of Dr. Martin Luther King's Nobel Peace Prize speech. “Carlos has always used music to inspire and bring people together,” explains Ortiz. “I try to follow in that tradition. Mysterium Tremendum will be released by Hart's own 360° Productions. The album, recorded at Hart's Studio X in Sonoma County, CA, was co-produced by Hart and Ben Yonas. Special guests Steve Kimock, Reed Mathis appear on select tracks as well as long time collaborators, Zakir Hussain, and Giovanni Hidalgo.

Legendary 80’s rocker, Greg Kihn, is proud to announce the release of his new album, Greg Kihn Band: Best of Beserkley, 1974-1985, as both hardcopy CD and digital download. Best of Beserkley, 1974-1985’s 21-tracks features 19 Greg Kihn remastered original hits drawn from Greg’s eight-of-nine full-length Beserkley Records studio albums, including The Breakup Song (They Don't Write 'em Like That), Jeopardy, Happy Man, and Reunited, along with two tribute tracks to Bruce Springsteen (long considered one of Greg’s biggest musical influences), Rendezvous and For You.
