Bob has over 33 years of experience in the construction and development industry.Ray Horta is a member of the senior leadership team with a geographic area of responsibility encompassing Quests’ operations and projects on the West Coast of the United States. Michelle oversees a nance department of 7 staff members. Manny Lopez has nearly three de-cades of experience in all facets of construction management. He is in-strumental in all bidding, budgeting, consulting, planning and pre-con-struction evaluation activities as Vice President of Pre-Construction Services. Nicole Flier has over 25 years expe-rience in the construction industry.
